Day 31- 2nd day using AE. Did mostly arms as me legs and back are still sore from deadlifts. Standing barbell curls, 60x10, 70x10, 80x10.curls, 40x10, 50x10, 60x10
Lying incline curls 30x10, 25x10, 20x15
Skull crushers 50x10, 60x10, 70x10
Lots of pushups
Lots of leg raisesand decline situps.
Felt great and had no queasiness like I did yesterday. I have a feeling it was due to my dosing too close to my workout. Today I took the AE closer to 60 minutes beforehand and with half a Clif Bar.
