I dont really do much cardio at gym .. instead i play pickup games once or twice with buddies .. so i dosed 1.5G of COP + 6G cit Malate before playing bball .. and can't thanks this stuff enough .. played for over 3hrs .. my team wouldn't lose so we stayed on the court all but 1 game .. and endurance throughout those 3 hours was just insane .. i didnt get no cramps in my caves
id give this stack a 10/10 .. great for people who seeks endurance
