    I dont really do much cardio at gym .. instead i play pickup games once or twice with buddies .. so i dosed 1.5G of COP + 6G cit Malate before playing bball .. and can't thanks this stuff enough .. played for over 3hrs .. my team wouldn't lose so we stayed on the court all but 1 game .. and endurance throughout those 3 hours was just insane .. i didnt get no cramps in my caves

    id give this stack a 10/10 .. great for people who seeks endurance

    then i got home took a shower and all .. dosed 750mg of agmatine and another 1.5G of COP .. and had a great chest/bi/abs workout

    Nice review - relatively succinct, but still detailed. More people need to do it like this.

    I used 2g COP + 3g CM before my PHAT Lower Body Power Day last night and smashed some personal records while also having some insane pumps - good for power, endurance, and recovery?

    Hell yes.

    Agmatine is another fantastic addition to any stack (.5-1g of Agmatine + 3-6g CM = oh lawd, da pumps), but unfortunately all mine is an hour away.

    oh yea recovery is great .. otherwise after playing ball for 3-4hrs .. i would just pass out but i had the energy & strength to get in a gym for good 1.5hrs too

    yup i agree agmatine stacked with COP & CM kicks asss .. best pumps i have gotten
