Ok had an awesome workout...did light and heavy weights....all mixed up..I can tell c20 kickin in coz my muscles look hard as rock and for some reason I'm up 2lbs...that's not good but I'll try to get down in coming days...diet been spot on today...erase pro drying me like crazy...joints hurting alot while lifting...I need to take some joint juice...but really this stack kicking in and I look little lean and veins are popping out from everywhere today...hopeing to lose some bf in coming days...here's my workout detail....
