So first of all a huge thanks to usplabs and pes for giving me this opportunity to log these great products!!!

Ok I'm gonna run compound20 and erase pro for a month along with prime, modern BCAA and jack3d...I nvr tried any of the products beside jack3d and let me tell you jack3d is my No.1 preworkout so far...I truly love that stuff...great energy and great focus!!!

My goal is to get my six packs..I really want my six pack to come out and I hope this stack will help to get my goals....diet will be clean...no junk food and no alcohol...I'm gonna try to eat 2500-3000cals a day...also gonna drink 2gallons of water...and I'm gonna up my cardio as well...let's hope I get to my goals!!!

DAY 1 REST

Took recommend dose of compound20, erase pro and prime...didn't feel anything...just was in good mood and happy!!!

DAY 2 ARMS

Ok guys took recommend dose again...today my workout was great...did lots of sets and reps...really loved it!!! Diet was great also...nothing junk or anything...workout for 3hrs...really killed it at gym...arms looks huge...I'm trying to stay at same size just wanna lower my bf%...did half hour cardio instead of 10mins...really felt good!!! DAY 3 BACK

Ok guys had an awesome workout today...did my back and really went heavy...strength still going up!!! Diet been good today...nothing junk or anything with sugar...had lots of water thur out the day...took recommend dose of compound20, erase pro and prime...and jack3d before workout and modern BCAA thur out workout...I can tell I'm recovering fast thur the sets and lifting more reps...not too much to report from compound20 but I can tell erase pro started kicking in...my joints were hurting while I was lifting...not too bad but let's hope it won't get worse...workout over 2hrs and feels like still have lots of energy...I really love jack3d!!! Really looking forward this stack and hoping for best!!!! Here's my workout detail....

I have a day for abs and I do different sets on that day but I do crunches everyday...it helps a bit doing everyday....

Ah a dedicated ab day. Nice. I do abs 3x/week and try to switch up the rountine every so often. Gotta keep them muscles confused.

Really I can't believe I did 100lbs incline db press for 1st time...I'm keep getting stronger day by day...I hope I keep going like this...diet was ok...had something unhealthy to eat...really felt bad after eating it but I did cardio so I hope I burned it off...other than that everything was good...took 2caps compound20 and 2caps of prime in morning and then same after 6hrs with erase pro...jack3d before workout (one and half scoop) and modern BCAA thur out the workout...I'm looking bit lean...veins are popping out from everywhere...joints were good today...hope it stays like this...tomorrow is my rest day plus only day off from work...I will try to eat healthy coz thursdays I usually go out with my girl for lunch, dinner and movies...so I will try to control not to eat alot :)...here's my workout detail..

Thatta boy. Keep up the good work. When I used to do powerlifting my coach would always tell me that 225x10 benchpress was always a pinnacle achievement. From there you could do anything. He said the same thing about squatting 405 but god damn I never did get there. Damn chicken legs.

Lol 405 squats is alot...most I did is 315lbs...that's good for me...

Thanks bro!!! Usually I do 300 or 400crunches but this time a hot chick came and started working out next to me so I tool my time lol

I swear man your strength is freaking wicked. You ever do any shows? If not you def need to think about it. Your cuttness and mass is hard to get.

Ok guys Thursday was my day off gym so I relaxed but yesterday was my shoulder day but I skipped gym...I was just feeling lil tired and last two days my diet was worse...I really hating on myself for eating junk...well tonite I have to run extra 2miles I guess...and I'll do my shoulder and my legs as well...I will update tonite!! :)

DAY 7 SHOULDERS, LEGS AND ABS

Ok after missing two days in a row today I felt great...did my shoulders, legs and abs...had great workout...Today my gym partner didn't show up so I have to do alone everything...so I didn't went heavy...I just did light weight but more reps...I think c20 started kickin in...even tho I missed 2days it look like I just came from gym coz my veins coming out more and more from everywhere...I'm lookin dry and lean...muscles looking hard as rock...feeling great...diet was good today...didn't had much to eat...drinking lots of water as well...overall did great!!! Go for it dude! its one sick of a stack!! Next time I'm on a cut I'll order the Get up and Go Stack and the Carbonite Stack from Nutraplanet!! those are my staples right there!!!

As for a bulk...Carbonite stack , some DAA/Intimidate and a good calorie surplus ;D!! haha

Yeah haha...I did workout and watch my diet like a maniac with no tomorrow, but sincerly, if it wasnt for your products guys , I wouldnt have been motivated, focused enough to believe i could do it...^^ you got yourself a costumer right here haha , and I wanna try now AnaBeta for my Mass season coming up , I think It will do well with DAA and the carbonite stack <3!! Lean mass FTW!!

Brother the supports there but you make it easy with your workout ethics. Your volume just is wicked and anyone can tell you put in the work for your results. Being in your profession, do you try to stay around same weight, or do you perfer to get bigger?

Thanks bro...really appreciate ur support!!! I weight 180lbs now and I wanna stay at same weight just wanna drop some bf%...I already have the size and if I drop lil bf I will look more big...I'm working on it lets hope I get there :)

Ok yesterday was back...sorry didn't got chance to update...it was a good workout...did heavy and really like how strong I'm getting...c20 is working good I can tell im looking more cut from my arms but erase pro making my joints hurt really bad...my joints were killin me yesterday...I think I'm gonna dose erase pro EOD coz I can't take this pain plus I have work where I have to stand 12hrs a day...diet is good...nothing junk or anything...everything going smooth...here's my workout detail....

DAY 11 CHEST

Ok guys did chest today and end up hurting myself...I was trying to see my strength with 110lbs dumbbell on incline...end up pulling my triceps muscle I was in pain but not too much and I kept going with lighter weights but at the end it's hurting really bad now...I'm home now with the ice bag on top of my triceps...hopefully it gets better by Friday coz tomorrow is a rest day...so today my workout was short...only 1hr and 30mins...I hated it!!! Let's hope I recover fast...here's my workout detail...
