So after taking zma and intimidate last night I got 11 hours of sleep haha. Woke up very well rested. I actually fell asleep on my back and that never happens. Tonight I have hockey so I will skip my light lift and jus go very heavy tomorrow. Feeling a PR tomorrow!

So I just got through a workout. Don't know if I said this before but I got home from hockey late and I only got 5 hours of sleep then worked all day. Was dead but I had to man up. So I took 1.5 scoops of 1MR, 1 scoop of blox and 1 sample pack of hemavol. I thought I was gonna have a rough workout - think again. I got a new PR on my deadlift - ready for it?! 425. Went up 20 lbs in 2 weeks on this stack. I was so pumped I might have been able to pull 435 but I didnt wanna hurt my back. I went on to do reverse grip pull downs and seated rows. The weather is super crappy here in NY so I wanted to get home before it got worse. Just did light triceps but will hit them hard on shoulder day. Today was a very productive day but I can't wait to go to sleep
Updating this late. Had a good night sleep. A solid 7 hours. Woke up at 630 and went to the gym. Took my 1 MR , a sample of hemavol and a little extra agmatine. Benched 210 for a set of 7, 2 sets of 4 and one set of 2. Went on to dumbbell flys. Then cable upright flys. And after that I nuked my biceps. Had a great lift today. Felt solid and very refreshed after

Thank you man. I tried updating this earlier but it didn't work. I took yesterday off cuz I was exhausted. But today I decided to switch things up. I did a full body type routine with 100 crunches 100 situps and 100 lunges. This definitely humbled me. I definitely felt high when I was done and it proved I need more cardio than twice a week. I want to go higher but I prefer I lift by myself and the guys at my gym aren't exactly branch warrens for a spotter but sudsy might sleep was awesome as per usual. Haven't updated this in a few days. Definitely have felt bigger lately. Been difficult to squeeze in full workouts because of finals and I hear through the grapevine those are pretty important. My 3 re max for my deadlift is 405 now so I feel good about that. Chest workout was a strong one as well. Had great endurance. It sucks 10 day left then I'm all out of stuff.
So I got 5 days left of this log and I definitely feel a lot bigger. The nights of sleep have been so so lately probably because of finals. Got back and triceps for the last time while on this stack so go big or go home
I originally planned on doing bak and triceps yesterday but when I got to the gym my lower back was sore and I don't feel like training it and making it worse. I ended up doing chest and biceps and I'm glad I did. I benched 225 for 3 sets of 3. Did 220 for a set of 5 215 for 6 then 205 for 8 reps. I'm extremely happy about this because last time I did it it was in the beginning of the exercise. Not the end. I dumbbell curled 50 lb dumbbells for 5x6 and then did preacher curls til failure. All in all, great great workout for myself and I'm glad My last chest and biceps workout ended like yhat
in just in time for epic final review it seems, overall this log has been damn interesting (I had some catching up to do lol)
