    Good news and bad.

Good news. I know what hurts my wrist now.
Bad news. I hurt my wrist. Lol

    Back and biceps today.

10 min elliptical warmup. Fast pace.

    Pull ups: 10,8,6,5,4
Cable row:165x6,150x8,150x9 165 was an accident. Lol
    Pec dec back fly: 130x12,130x10,130x8
    Alt DB curl:45x8,45x6,40x8
    Chins: 10,7,8,5
Tbar: 160x8 ouch! That did it!
    Face pull:37.5x25,37.5x22,37.5x20
    Windshield washers:7 side
    Bench knee raises:30,35,25

    Jump rope HIIT

SO it's overhand pulls that hurt my wrist which is actually more a forearm pain now. Bad news for rows and deads for sure. Good news is I can curl which I rarely do honestly so I'll just concentrate on biceps and pull ups and narrow v-bar type rows for a bit.

Seems I'm not having nausea issues anymore which is good. The focus and energy from this product is really solid. Really solid. No jitters at all which is nice. The only side I've noticed is the propensity towards nausea.

I may try old school vhandle tbars next week. I need some kind of row damn it. I haven't been able to do DB rows for a while because they tweak a spot in my upper back every time. I also may try underhand bb rows.

Yeah I honestly forgot about them for a long time. We have a "machine" Tbar at my gym that I mostly use because nobody does. Getting an empty corner and a spare bar can be tricky. I do love them though.

    Legs!

Elliptical runner warmup 10 mins fast pace

    Squats: barx15,135x12,185x10,225x10,27 5x8 PR,285x4 PR
    Leg Extensions: 175x16,175x12,175x8
    Seated Calf Raise: 90x20,90x20,90x22

    Seated DB shoulder press: 60x16,65x14,65x8
    Hanging Windshield Washers: 10,6

Tried and failed multiple other shoulder lifts to no avail. The wrist just wasn't having it. Didn't get to work hammies because I could get on the leg curl all night and stiff deads were not an
    Option with the wrist either.

Squats felt great and do did the rest but I was frustrated overall. Just didn't get enough done tonight.

    Awesome strength tonight though.

Yah and the new formulation is just going to have a different stim all the other goodies are going to stay and they are the important ingredients in this equation. It's the body buzz this supplies that makes the difference. Mind blowing workouts...

Awesome to hear you are not building up a tolerance to the Ignite...even more so at a half a scoop which leaves even more room for increasing dosage with out going beyond the recommended one scoop! I am hoping the new formulation will be just as effective. Of course going on the fact that CREA TRONA and AMINOSTERONE are in the mix I don't see how it can go wrong. Keep up the good work bro!!

Thanks Green. Yeah, I'm happy not to be using 2 scoops of a product that says to take 1! I've been really surprised that I've not built up any tolerance at all.

    Hahaha. No kidding!

Last night was another chest session with a banged up wrist...

    10 min run
    Bb bench:barx15,135x10,185x10,225 x8,235x4,265x1,275x1 PR!!
    Decline bb bench: 225x10,225x8,225x7
    Incline cable fly: 37.5x15,37.5x13,37.5x14
    Vbar tri press:87.5x15,87.5x10,87.5x12
    machine tri press:230x20,245x20,245x20

Wow! Mega strong on that workout! I could have had 280-285 on that bench I think but I was really deep in reps at that point. Also, with a really banged up wrist!!!! That felt good! My strength has been regularly increasing for weeks. My squats are up. Bench is up. Leg curls and ext are up. I feel like a beast lately. Love it!

And so I have a broken wrist. Only hurts when I pull. X-rays show a minor fracture but it's all lined up. Doc says "take it easy on it". Which of course I have not been doing. Lol not an I about to really. I'll baby it in regard to what exercises I do but I feel I can still train without impeding it in a major way of I'm smart about it. We shall see.

I am very impressed. I also hurt my wrist and I can't press anything. I can do pulling exercises without any issues, but even light pressing movement makes my wrist give out. I always think joints are nothing to mess with but all the power to you. Take care of that wrist and good luck ! You are a beast.

Thanks bro. I think mine and yours are opposite injuries. I can press without issue. My plan actually is to shift to a second chest day for a few weeks and I'll do some core and what shoulder work I can do without hitting the wrist. My leg days are fine though I miss my stiff deads but I can't pull so they are out.

We shall see how things go. I've been working through injuries for a long time. I'll figure something out!

I am sure you will Rahl !

I Just came back from the gym and really tested my wrist with heavy shoulder presses. I put wrist straps on to stabilize and it actually feels good right now. Again, thanks for the inspiration man. Otherwise, I would have babied it for weeks.

Nice bro. Train smart and be careful with it but remember you have a lot of body parts and many ways to train them. There is always a way!

WTF bro...training so hard you're breaking bones huh?! Heal up man...I know it sucks to slow down, but it'll pay off especially with the wrist...they can be hell to heal. I went forever training on a stress fracture and eventual I had to just stop completely to let it heal. I'd say I pushed through the pain for a good six months before throwing in the towel...wrist injuries = major suckitude

Haha. Yeah I know! I've been pushing through it for 2 months not knowing what it was. Now that I know I can at least train accordingly. I'm running the warrior next Sunday so I'll probably rest it much of next week and prepare to wrap the shut out of it for that. We will see where it is at that point.

Sounds like a plan. The Warrior will be a blast...hopefully keeping the wrist wrapped well will help not further injuring yourself. Good luck with the race bro.

Hit legs Friday. Wrist has been hurting since having it xrayed.

Decided to leg press instead if squats for a day because the back was tight also.

    Leg press: 2px20,3px154px10,5px10,6x10
    Leg extension: 175x16,175x12,175x12
    Leg curl: 150x12,150x10,150x10

    DB rear lat raise: 25x16,25x18,25x20
    DB shoulder press:65x19,75x12,75x10

    Hanging windshield washers:6,6

Not bad for hurting. Shoulder presses did not bother the wrist at all. Hurts doing stupid things like pouring a glass of milk though. Lol

Got one hell of an arm pump last night! I'm running the warrior dash tomorrow so I changed my leg day to a whatever day. Lol. Hit biceps and chest and upper back and a bit of shoulders for that total upper body pump. Felt great but I really tried to take it easy on my wrist. This thing could ruin my day tomorrow. I'll have it wrapped to death but let's hope I don't destroy it.
