    Man is my leg strength still **** after that Mudder. Lol. I hit my wheels tonight and my squats were way off. Way off.

    Squats:135x10,185x10,225x10,27 5c1=FAIL,245x5

    Leg extensions:150x12,150x10,150x8

    DB stuff deads: 60x15,65x12,65x12
    Bench knee raise:30 had to stop these. Felt like my groin was gonna tear. Lol
    Hanging windshield washers:7,6,5,3
    Bent DB back fly:25x12,25x12,25x10

    Still struggling with Nausea with the ignite. Less dose tonight and took my time drinking it. It's not consistant so I'm having trouble bailing down the cause. Otherwise great. Sweating up a storm with this stuff BTW.

    Didn't do too much today besides yard work and took the kids for a short hike. Couple of miles only. Squat burning legs were not liking it though! Back to the work tomorrow!

    Nice workout tonight. No nausea problems. Still fighting the elbow tendinitis and the wrist issue but fighting through it.

    Elliptical warmup:10 mins

    BB Bench:135x15,185x10,225x5,225x 6
    Decline Bench:225x10,225x6
    High cable fly:3sets 10
    Low Cable Fly: 2x10
    Rope push down: 15,12,10
    Machine tri press:240x10,240x7,230x6
    Incline DB Press: 70x10,75x7,75x5
    Hanging windshield washers: 7

    Nice pump. Strength still seems to be down a bit after the Mudder but I'm trying to be easy on the injured parts also so it's hard to judge.

    Yeah. I've been dialing back the dose quite a bit to get the nausea under control. I'm trying to find that sweet spot. The motivation and focus are spot on though as always.

    Damn... I missed that? Anyway, I just tried our new formula with no 1-3DM in it! Pretty not bad so far, tasted the Berry and it was great, still my favorite flavor between berry & watermelon. I'll give you more updates once it really starts kicking in, unfortunately I already worked out, so I won't be able to speak for it as far as performance is concerned!!!

    You know I've never been bothered by the DAA bloat before but then I've only used it in a bulk. Overall I'm not a huge fan of having it in a Preworkout. Probably I would go to something without it in a cut.

    At the moment I'm running OstaRX which seems to be minimizing the bloat from the DAA.

    Well I felt like absolute **** when I hit the gym yesterday. Not sure why but my stomach was a mess which is not fun on leg day! So this wasn't the best workout I've had but I drug myself through anyway. My wrist kept limiting what I could do shoulders also. Which sucks. Need this damn thing to heal.

    Elliptical warmup 10 mins

    Much better at least than last week after the run when I could only get 1 @275! LOL

    Shoulder press DB:60x14x60x12,60x10
    Leg extensions: 160x14,170x14,170x9
    Bent lateral raise:25x16,25x16,25x14
    Bench knee raises:30x25
    Cable shoulder raise: failed. Wrist wasn't going to low that to happen.
    At this point I decided to just hit some stretching and get some rest. My stomach was starting to settle at this point but my wrist was throbbing. Not good.

    I have to say that given the condition I was in walking in to the gym the energy was great. Leg pumps were great.

    Got in and hit chest and tris hard last night. My wrist is still bothering me and I thought I might pay the price for this one today. I was right. Literally thinning this morning. Not good.

    Great energy and pump last night though. I have a crazy week on deck busy with work and my business and life otherwise so I may resort to using ignite just to get through the day. Lol we are signing up to run the warrior on Fathers day! I need to give this wrist some rest but I'm not sure when.

    Tonight should be back and bis but it may end up being cardio only depending on the wrist. We shall see.

    Had the day off today so I had to do the dreaded morning workout. Lol. Combined with it being leg day! Ugh.

    So I had "lunch" about 30 mins prior and then drank my ignite2.

    10 min jog
    Squats: bar x 10,135x10,185x10,225x10,275x6, 275x6
    Leg extensions:170x14,170x10,170x9
    Leg curl: 150x8,150x8,150x7
    Hate those but my wrist was not going to hold up to stiff deads.
    Bench knee raises:30,30,25
    Pec dec back fly:135x15,135x15,135x10

    So that worked out quite well. Solid
    Pump and energy throughout. Ignite really shined here. I hate working out without at least 3 meals in me. No issues with nausea today. Felt good. It was hit as hell in the gym today So i was dripping in sweat.

    About a month in! I have to say...this tub is going to last forever fellas. This is bang for your buck here.

    The wrist was feeling pretty good tonight so I went for it and figured I'll learn whether the benching was messing it up or not.

    Elliptical warmup 10 mins

    Bb bench: barx15,135x15,185x10,225x5,225 x6,185x10
    Bb incline: 135x10,155x6,155x6
    Incline cable fly: 15,12,12
    Decline cable fly: 10,9,9
    Rope tri press: 16,14,13
    Hanging leg raise:10,10

    Great energy and pump tonight. Focus was quite good also.

    I remain overall impressed with this formula.

    Yah that's the advantage to using strong products, they go a long way. G8 is like that too....
