    Smile Neurosurge Log

    Did biceps and triceps today

Woke up at 2 pm from working third shift, ate 6 ounces of chicken with redhot. Took Neurosuge right after i was done with chicken, went straight to the gym. Again the flavor of the Neurosurge is Grape and it is pretty good, no aftertaste and goes down smooth.

By the time i got to the gym i was ready to lift and getting a little more vascular before i actually started.

    Biceps

straight bar curls with bar only quick warm up of 20
    3 sets of 12 of 95lbs
    1 set of 12 with 105lbs

    Alternating Dumbell Curl

3 sets of 12 with 50 lb dumbells
1 set of 10 with 55lb dumbells compound set with hammer curls with 50lb DB for 12
3 more sets of 55lb DB hammer curls for 10

    single arm preacher curls

    30lb DB x 3 set of 12,12,10

While doing biceps also noticed that i was taking shorter breaks than usual but getting same amount of reps, and energy was good for not eating much and just getting up. the pumps a were damn good and was even more vascular, loved it.

    But back to workout,

    Triceps

    Tricep extensions with rope
    4 sets of 15 reps with 55lbs

    3 sets overhead with rope- 40lb x 12

    kickbacks- 4 sets of 40lb x 12

single arm skull crushers on an incline
    35lb DB for 4 sets x 12, 10, 8, 8

    Dips Body weight

    4 sets x 15, 15, 12, 12

Posed afterwards for my contest and was looking nice and full along with more vascular. Forgot to add earlier that there was no bloated feeling or bubbly stomach from Neurosurge. So thats a plus in my book cause it seems like a few preworkouts mess up the stomach if you know what i mean. So im really liking it and hope it keeps getting better.

Got up at 7am today ate a chicken breast took Neurosurge and headed to the gym.

    Incline DB Press
    60x 20 warm up
    80x 12
    100x 10x 8

    Incline DB flys
    40 x 12 x 12 x 10 x 10

    Hammer Strength
    90 on each side 12
    90 x 12

Felt the energy today for sure id say it kicked in in about 20 minutes. Good energy again no records but i did do it all in 30 minutes which for me is a record time. So i guess endurance was pretty good today.

Nice to see it doesn't rock your stomach I hate that with some products no matter how bad I want to use something if it kills me I usually give it away.

This workout was pretty good i thought, had a very good pump along with vascularity and again great energy. Towards the end i was getting worn out from only eating a chicken breast about an hour before i went in there, but it was a good workout.
