Years Training: 16
Goals: get big/shed fat
Diet: 4-6 meals a day… typically lean protein (we cycle between sirloin, tilapa, salmon and ground turkey), whole grain/complex carb, and veggie-lots of broc, squash, and spinach. Usually take 2-3 shakes a day..50g isolate

Dose: Intimidate- 1xdaily @bed, Testabolan- 2caps twice/day

Training: heavy as possible for as many reps as possible. Typical week looks something like this.. M- Back/bi’s/cardio, Tu- Shoulders/traps/cardio, W-Rest, Th-Chest/tri’s/cardio, Fri-Legs/calves, Sat- Cardio, Sun-Rest…Repeat

Other supp’s: Omeaga-3,6,9 combo, multi v

March 30, 2012:

Started today with my first full dose of both Intimidate and Testabolan. Also gave 1 packet of Hemo-vol and maximize intense a run today.. Schedule was a little chaotic this week so I was hitting chest/ tri’s/cardio today. Workout ended up looking like this:
Flat Bench- 135/20 reps-warm up, 185/10- warm up, 225/12, 275/8, 315/4 plus negative
Incline flyes- 40/15, 60/12, 80/6 drop set to 30/15
Cable flyes (high)- 120/15 ss/ pushups to failure
DB Curls- 25/20, 35/15, 50/8 drop to 25/20
Low Pulley 2-arm Cable curls- ¼ stack/15, ¾ stack/12, stack/ 8
Machine preachers- 2/failure
Cardio- 40 mins treadmill, 10.0 incline, 3.5 speed

Nothing to note on the Int/Test side of things, but the Hemo/Max Intense combo was some of the best pumps and endurance I’ve had in a few months.

Still pretty early in the game so not much to report yet. Not sure if this is just placebo or if my rest has immediately improved from Intimidate. Went to bed around 130, up at 615 and left like id slept 12 hours. Most rested I’ve felt in a while. Let’s hope this trend continues.

Given the screwy schedule this week, I’m taking an off day from the gym and hitting the links with a buddy for a round of 18 (walking). Will be back to my rotation on Sunday with back, maybe some abs and cardio.

glad everythings going well so far!

and depending on the course, walking 18 holes can be some awesome cardio...most of the courses around my area are really hilly, so its like walking on a stair-climber for the 3-4 hours it takes to finish :D ive been able to get out twice this year so far, made the mistake of going the day after legs....needless to say we used carts :cool:

I noticed my sleep was definitely deeper from my first dose, felt a little groggy but had something similar where it felt like I had slept so much longer than actually did, so I would say it was most likely not placebo effect lol. Looking forward to seeing how this stack goes for you bro

Increased test levels will improve your recovery. The study done on DAA showed test levels raised by 42% in only 12 days. Intimidate is proving to be far superior to regular DAA :)

Nothing major to report. Had a emergency with one of our dogs on Sat evening so spent most of Sunday at the ER. Will be hitting back today. Major thing to note thus far is the solid sleep. Will update this evening following my workout.

Gym packed more than usual so had to shuffle the order of things up a little.

Overall felt rested considering the stressful Sunday we had. Slowly getting that dense /hardening feeling to the muscles. Had great pump and tunnel vision tonight. Endurance felt up as well. Vascularity up a bit but I contribute that largely to the hemavol/ maximize samples. Would expect to feel the increased test pumps within the next week So far loving week 1.

Thanks, bro. Yeah she's doing well now. Just needed some fluids and monitoring of her glucose levels. Diabetic with a low functioning pancreases and a grade III heart murmur...doesn’t take much to throw her out of whack.

Pros thus far: Sleep/rest increase, muscles starting to harden up, weight is staying steady with slight leaning up beginning, set/rep endurance is up, cardio seems to be a breeze, overall feeling of well being, aggression increase in gym.

Cons: None to date.

Overall very impressed with the stack...looking forward to the next couple of weeks.

Slept well, actually too well. Woke up 30 mins late. Oh well. Extra 30 mins of growth right?

Hit legs today. Went like this:

Overall felt strong, had plenty of endurance. Intensity up overall.

Sleep still deep/ restful, muscle density and hardness has improved, libido certainly up, pumps have been excellent, even without a pre-wkt.

Overall good workout, shoulder was bothering me a little so bench wasn’t as strong as I would have liked.

Slammed some chicken burgers with avocado on whole what bun...gotta love a fiancé who has a meal ready for you when you walk in the door.



Day 8 Sat April 7, 2012

Slept great...very rested...racked out at around 12, up at 6:30...felt like I got 10 hours a sleep.

Had a bunch of chores to take care of around the house today so my workout consisted of the 3 mile walk with the dogs and some abs....Gyms also closed Easter Sunday so it looks like ill be back to business on Monday with Back/Cardio

Heading out to a state park tomorrow for some hiking..should be some good cardio

Quick update...Day 11, Wed April 11- off day.. nothing to report outside of the gains ive currnely been seeing

Hitting Chest and likley some arms this evening..will update on the workout later tonight. Sleep was awesome again last night and muscle hardness seems to be increasing..libido is up as well...Easily one of the best natty stacks ive used to date..both seem to be solid products.

I will mention that I do have some true glandular gyno fromseveral AAS cycles I ran back when I was younger…haven’t noticed any flare upswhich is a plus. Some of the past t-boosters I’ve used have caused issues here.
Not really a negative as its to be expected but my skin is oilerthan usual, however no acne issues to note

What’s up fellas, sorry for the delay in updates…was a busy ass weekend.

In any case, I’m sitting on Day 16..was up at 4:30 for work and felt great…usually I’m a crabby dickhead that early however the improved mood and rest made this early rise much more tolerable.

Saturday I hit calves and bi’s with about 20 mins of cardio. Sun was a rest day. Had to spend the day shopping for wedding bands and tuxes with the old lady.

Hitting Back today…will update more later tonight.

Day 17: Tuesday April 17

Got home yesterday after my 12 hour day of work on 4 hours of sleep, took a nap and didnt wake up untill 8pm..took it as an addtional rest day instead. Will be cutting one of my off days out this week to make up for it.

Sleep seems to just keep getting better. Mood seems to be good. Def can feel this stack kicking. Starting to get more acne which is letting me know my test is up.

Hit back and cardio this evening. Looked like this:

Yeah, thats usually what i try and do...unfourtatenly most of the sites are out in the middle of nowhere and gyms are typically 20+ miles away. Managment tends to frown on using the rental/work vehiles for personal journeys...luckily in this case, the hotel had a "decent" fitness center. Was able to do some cardio and a few circuits on their chect press/lat pulldown/leg extension machine. Wasnt ideal but better than nothing right? Got back a day early so was able to get back at it last night with Back.

Wednesday, April 25, 2012- Day 28 of the stack

Weight- 241

Thus far, sleep has been phenomenal. Rest def improved. Leaning out quite nicely and muscle hardness and vascularity have certainly improved. Strength is def something to mention here as well. Poundage and rep count seems to be increasing every workout. Loving the gains I’ve made so far.

Hit Back and Cardio last night. Went like this:

What’s up fellas...got a little side tracked with work and the home life so updates the last few days have been few. In any case, I’m on my last day of the stack here and figured I'd give a final look back on how it all played out. Before i take it any further i want to thank Vaughn and the Iforce crew for hooking me up with this stack and giving me the chance to log it. I can honestly say I’ve made some of my best physical and mental gains the last month.

So..my breakdown on this stack...bottom line...TRY IT..You won’t be disappointed. Every product I’ve taken from Iforce so far has been top notch.

The Pro’s on this stack:

Drastically improved sleep and feeling of refreshment...regardless if i got 5 hours or 8..i woke up every day feeling great...cant say any of the t-boosters I’ve taken in the past years ( which has been numerous) have stacked up in this department the way Intimidate and Testabolan V2 did.

Another area where this stack really shines is in the strength department...ive hit several new PR’s on Squats, Deads and Bench. Strength on my other lifts like curls, tricep pushdowns was also dramatically improved

Vascularity and pumps were another top notch component of this stack...went through the entire cycle( minus the sample packs) without a PWO...first time in ages that i actually felt like i had taken one...the pumps and vascularity from this product was incredible...wasn’t expecting this by any means..can’t say enough about how great this part was.

Sex drive/libido def improved from my baseline prior to the stack

Aggression and Focus was up...had an increase drive to reach my goals and try to become the beast that we all desire to be


Recovery time and DOMS def decreased..usually id hit a hard leg day and be sore for 3-4 days...on this stack id say i was feeling better after about day 2 post legs


I also had a great recomp effect from this stack..my body weight fluctuated from around 245-240 throughout the entire stack..i know that i have lost some fat as my weight belt was actually back to fitting on the last loop; additionally, my belt i wear to work every day went down as well...pretty amazing considering my weight stayed fairly consistent and my strength went up.. ive received several comments from my fiance and co-workers as to how im looking learner and more tapered then i was previously.

Cant say enough good things about this stack...it really starts to kick in around week 2-3.. if i can make any recommendation other than trying this, it would be to run this thing for 8 weeks and see what happens...i definitely know that’s what i will be doing next time.

Negatives-

Honestly dont have a single complain or negative thing to say about this stack...didn’t have acne issues, no gyno flare ups( which is a HUGE positive for me), aggression was up but very much controllable..no angry outbursts or anything like that.

All in all Iforce has something really great here in this stack...if you’re looking to get stronger, leaner, denser and more vascular without pinning, then this is the stack for you.

Bad ass leg workout- hit new pr on squat.. 455x 5. Prior to this stack, I was struggling to get 405 for 3- 5 reps.
