Today I took 2 scoops at 4:45am hit the gym at 5am
10 min walk on treadmill
I did flat bench max to 315 dropped weight to 205 and did 3x10
Incline db press 90x8x2
Db flys @ 50x2x15 superset with 25lbs to fail
Db elbow out tricep extensions 45x8x3
Seated overhead tri press 85x7x3 SS 55lbs to fail
Front and side raises 35x15x2 SS 15 to fail.
The speed extreme didn't give me the itchy tingly feeling that other pwo's that iv used in the past.
I had good focus and it gave me long lasting energy. The pump was really good too. I had alil of that wired feeling also.
It's now 5:35pm and I think the SE helped with appetite suppression, which is a big plus for me.
