    Speed Extreme log/review


    Thanks be to marms for a shot at logging speed extreme.
    I'm 27, 5'10", and currently @ 215.4lbs.
    I will be taking speed extreme on workout days, which will be 5-6 days a week.
    I have used n.o.explode, super pump250, super pump maxx, cellucore c-4, to name a few.
    To start with I will only be using speed extreme multi's, and protein powder.

    Today I took 2 scoops at 4:45am hit the gym at 5am
    10 min walk on treadmill
    I did flat bench max to 315 dropped weight to 205 and did 3x10
    Incline db press 90x8x2
    Db flys @ 50x2x15 superset with 25lbs to fail
    Db elbow out tricep extensions 45x8x3
    Seated overhead tri press 85x7x3 SS 55lbs to fail
    Front and side raises 35x15x2 SS 15 to fail.

    The speed extreme didn't give me the itchy tingly feeling that other pwo's that iv used in the past.
    I had good focus and it gave me long lasting energy. The pump was really good too. I had alil of that wired feeling also.
    It's now 5:35pm and I think the SE helped with appetite suppression, which is a big plus for me.

    I took 2 scoops @ 4:45am gym by 5:15am worked out until 6:25am
    I had good focus and energy. It was back day
    2 sets of wide pull ups
    Max deads then dropped 61% for 3x10
    Bent over rows under grip 3x10
    Wide grip pull downs 3x8
    V bar pull dwns 2x8
    Preacher curls regular and hammer 3x10 both grips
    Bent over curl 2x8 Ss 2xfail


    I havnt been eating or using protein before I workout either, I wanted to feel the full effects of the SE. As of now it hasn't bothered me.
    Muscles are getting pumped, and energy is still there so I'll keep it as is.
    The SE to me doesn't have a big stimulant feeling.
    It gives only a slight itch on the neck.

    Today is an off day not much to log about.
    My muscles are feeling pretty hard, but I think that's the change to my routine.

    I'm taking another day off. Went to a concert w/the fam last night and stayed up way to late and got up too early. But I took a scoop for alil energy boost.
    I feel as tho I have a ready feeling.
    My mood is really calm and yet I feel alert.

    The SE mixes very well, it tastes good too.
    Fruit punch isn't my fav but, I drink for the effects not taste! Lol.
    I also feel that it's helping me with apatite suppression, which is great for me because I'm cutting fat at the moment.

    Legs day- 2 scoops of SE.
    10 min on bike with high tension
    Front squats
    Back box squats, after the speed squats I did a set of regular squats
    Straight leg deads
    Leg extensions
    Standing calf raises
    5min of abbs
    I felt good, I had extra sleep today, and had lots of energy a the gym.
    I ate a peanut energy bar on my way to the gym, and it didn't bring down any of the stimulant.

    Today was chest shoulder triceps
    I did 10min walk on treadmill
    Warmed up
    Flat bench 10x 3
    Incline 2x8
    Decline 2x8
    Shoulder press 3x8
    Machine flys 3x15
    Weighted dips 2x8
    Tri extensions 2x8 ss half weight to fail
    Over head tri press 2x8 ss to fail
    5 min of abs
    I had a great work out stayed really focused.
    I have noticed my temper has ben getting shorter.
    So far so good.
    Oyeah 2 scoops.

    Iv been taking a few days off from lifting.
    Im still doing cardio, I'm down another pound. 213.4lbs

    As far as SE go's I'm loving it. As long as I get my sleep the SE works great, but if I don't It seems to not get me going as much.

    Iv also noticed if I take the SE and drink a coffee look out straight beast mode, extreme focus! "EXTREME"

    I just can't decide on high vol. or 5x5 choices choices. Well have to see when I get there, but I'm sure the speed extreme will help. Lol

    dropped weight 10 reps
    Dropped weight 12 reps
    Dropped weight 20 reps to fail
    Straight leg deads 2sets
    Leg extensions 2sets
    Light weight leg curls
    Standing calve raises
    I was going to do abs but like I said I felt a puke coming on.
    It was a great workout, great pump.

    I did chest tri shoulders today. Felt real good.
    The stim felling kinda faded out through the workout.

    Good good bratha, I'm still getting good pumps. I don't feel totally jacked up from it but I have good focus.
    While going through the workouts iv noticed I get waves of hypeness. Like when a great song plays.

    Yesterday was ok. For some reason every back day I don't get enough sleep. But the workout was good not the best. Good pump. When I got to work I had a coffee and had a bit of a tiff, needless to say I got pretty hype! I couldn't eat my lunch until 2:30 in the afternoon, and surprisingly I wasn't that hungry.
    My weight was 212lbs. This a.m.

    I ran this morning. The coldness was stinging the chest a lil but was good.

    I worked legs and lower back out saterday morning energy was good, but I was having some issues. I took the rest of the weekend off and today also.
    Tomorrow will be chest bi or tri not for certain yet and shoulders.
    I think as of now I'd have to say what I like most about it is the appetite suppression.
