My hart rate was insane
I did chest tri shoulders today. Felt real good.
The stim felling kinda faded out through the workout.
Good good bratha, I'm still getting good pumps. I don't feel totally jacked up from it but I have good focus.
While going through the workouts iv noticed I get waves of hypeness. Like when a great song plays.
Yesterday was ok. For some reason every back day I don't get enough sleep. But the workout was good not the best. Good pump. When I got to work I had a coffee and had a bit of a tiff, needless to say I got pretty hype! I couldn't eat my lunch until 2:30 in the afternoon, and surprisingly I wasn't that hungry.
My weight was 212lbs. This a.m.
I ran this morning. The coldness was stinging the chest a lil but was good.
I worked legs and lower back out saterday morning energy was good, but I was having some issues. I took the rest of the weekend off and today also.
Tomorrow will be chest bi or tri not for certain yet and shoulders.
I think as of now I'd have to say what I like most about it is the appetite suppression.
