Ok I went two workouts without aminolytes and I can say I noticed a difference. The aminolytes really seems to help my endurance in the gym.

Yeah it wasn't an intended test lol. I forgot my water bottle at home and I just can't bring myself to pay for water when you can get it free. I can say because of that aminolytes definitely has made a difference in my endurance in my workouts.

Two excellent workouts. The aminolytes I believe have really helped in my workout but he!! Anytime you can sip a good tasting drink intra workout its always good.

I have to say aminolytes is a solid product.
Overall
Taste 7 good flavor not overly sweet but the almost creamy taste take a little getting use to. Add a little more it helps that tho
Mixability 8 just a few granules I the bottom of the cup got to keep it swirling or you will get a mouthful.
Endurance 8 it really seems to keep my endurance up during my workouts.
Overall I would give it 8 out of 10

You're welcome and thank you for the opportunity to log and review. Yeah endurance area is where this product tends to shine. Like I said I could tell a difference the couple of times I forgot my water bottle and didn't have it.
