Compound 20 And Erase Pro, lets see abs !
So recently won a contest of sorts and received an insane package from the awesome people at PEs and USPlabs.
Decided I am going to run the erasepro and c20 as a nice stack and avoid other supps other then the staples.
Diet will be overall clean, but lets be honest i will have cheats.
My training routine is Monday Wednesday Friday 6pm to 8pm mma training.
This can be cardio focused, striking, or grappling, or all of the above.
I also go to the other gym every day and do fasted cardio in the morning for about 45 minutes.
I realize this is a weak start but I promise it will get better. I've been in front of this computer almost all day and my ass hurts.

So took my first dose of c20 and erase this morning with breakfast.
Not quite sure if this is placebo or not but I seemed to get a gda type feeling about 2 hours after my first dose.
Fluke or is that what c20 does.....that we will find out.
Next dose to be taken soon and then training time.

First training session last night on c20 and one scoop jack3d.
First off I'll say I forgot just how much I enjoy jack3d. Def got me going.
Last night was 1 hour of straight grappling rounds, situational style, 40 second break every 5 minutes. Usually when we go like that I have to sit out one round but last night I was able to keep going.
Not sure if it was the jack3d or c20 but really enjoyed training last night which lately I've been getting burnt out.

Ok so it's been a few days into the cut on c20 and erase.
Here's what I'm noticing so far.
Def have more energy ! Even though these are both not stimulants I'm just ready to go !
I did a run of epi and the pct but still felt kinda blah. This stuff is helping me get back to feeling like my old self.
Waist has gone down a little. I know this because a pair of shorts I have we're a little tight, ok couldn't button them, but now i can close
Em up no problem.

Ok 1 week in so far.
Dude seriously what is this stuff ?!
My workouts are intense. Now I have taken jack3d before and I know what a stimmed out workout feels like but this is different. Ive also taken erase before and didnt have these kind of results. I'm just super intense. Did some grappling last night and felt strong as fark ! Grappled a guy who easily had 100 pounds on me and was able to hold him down and submit him. For those in the know I caught him in a scarfold armbar and a head and arm choke.
Second thing I'm noticing is a tightness in my chest and arms that I have not had ever ! Stomach is still a little jiggly but after losing so much weight its to be expected. Hopefully that will tighten up as well. Very excited for the next couple of weeks !

Been a bit since an update.
I'm really digging on this c20 stuff though. My weight hasn't dropped really, maybe a pound or two, but there has been some noticeable definition in my arms and chest.
I've been on a pretty clean diet while on this as well, mind you due to the training I do I do take in slightly higher amount of carbs then a lot of people on here do (or so it seems)
My goal here was nothing more then to try to get my abs to tighten up and I am starting to notice a little more definition in my upper abs, but my lower still have that jiggly to them, but really i think its more loose skin then anything else.
Would really love to run this for a full 8 weeks to see just how well this will work over time.

Training is becoming much easier.
Just feel like I have so much extra gas in the tank.
Did 1 hour of boxing last night followed by an hour of grappling. Got up fresh as can be this morning and went to the gym for Fasted cardio.
Ran 3 miles did 5 minutes on the bike and 5 on the heavy bag. Still feeling pretty good.
Biggest news though is looked in the mirror this morning and there is some definition going on in my midsection. I almost have abs ! This is awesome

Ok seriously wtf. I am trying to cut to look as good as possible on the cruise but I cannot seem to drop any weight ! Some may say this is a bad thing but here's what's happening. My waist has been getting smaller. According to my scale that reads body fat I have actually dropped 2% since starting this cycle. My workouts have also gotten crazy intense and I am pushing harder then I think I ever have.
M-w-f I do Mma training. This can be boxing, grappling, sparring rounds or free rolling rounds. Sometimes we finish with a good conditioning circuit of ladder work, then dead lift to press to forward squat (think that's the terminology) then abs, shadow boxing, medicine ball toss to squat, burpies, finish with box jump. Each station one
Minute with a minute break. 3 rounds total. Honestly I used to have to sit out the third but not anymore.
The big thing I do now though is hit the gym for fasted cardio every morning except Sunday.
Run 3 miles, heavy bag for 5 to 10 minutes, then a mini circuit of jump rope, ab work, then some ground and pound on a heavy bag.
I'm feeling crazy strong. It's nuts to because these are the effects I wanted from my epi cycle but for some reason I just wasn't getting the results.
Can't wait to see what a full 8 week cycle of this stuff will bring !

So here we go.
Final update before we leave for our honeymoon. Actually literally since we are at the airport.
This 2 products have worked amazingly well combines. I have way more definition then I ever had and strength is up quite a bit.
Vascularity is high and libido is rocking !
