  1. I would like to thank lukehayd and Taurus Nutrition for
    Giving me this opportunity to log
    Daa-HCG. I'm excited to
    Start and hope I can keep on track as far as diet while logging this supplement.

    Stats: 5'8"
    Weight: 208.8 (in progress pics posted below, I was very bloated and been eating bad for several
    Days)
    Body fat %: about 14-15 I can't use the caliper

    I will be taking no other supplements during this run of daa-hcg except for my daily multi vitamin, protein, and BCAA's.

    Goals: I would like to cut up while on Daa-HCG without sacrificing any muscle. I would like to obtain a cut 6 pack within the next 30 days of using this product.

    Ok all these pics above we're taken yesterday 3/8/12. I was bloated and had been eating bad all day and the days prior. I weighed myself before taking these pics and I was 208.8. I am sure about 5 pounds of this is just food and I'll get rid of quick. But when this pic was Taken I was 208.8. Game time.

  2. Took my daa-hcg today, day 1, and am excited to see results. I had a decent diet day and a good first
    Day overall.

    Leg and ab day

    30 min moderate/light cardio To start. Then weights.

  6. Well horrible diet day. I ate an entire box of thin mint girl scout cookies and tagalong cookies. I did some
    Extra cardio bc of that. I swear I am going to get my diet corrected soon, lol.
    Took the daa-hcg with just water to see how it tasted. It's made to mix well with all drinks but I like to see what things taste like solo. The taste was fine not strong. I easily drank it without a problem. I took it yesterday with some BCAA and I could hardly tell it was in my drink.

    Chest and cardio
    Started with 50 min moderate to intense cardio. Went to chest after that. I had good energy but I'm sure the cardio session drained some of my strength.

  7. LOL...IN buddy, I bought 5 boxes of girlscout cookies. Then I left them In my buddies van. Luckily because they would have probrably been gone by the end of the weekend

    Lol, Yeah those cookies are my weakness. I bought 3 boxes 2 weeks ago and ate all 3 in the same day. I bought 3 boxes today and only ate 2 boxes bc my wife and other family members stole a box
    Of thin mints from me. I have a problem, I'm a glutton.

  10. Mixed my daa-hcg with about 5 oz of diet coke today. The taste was fine but the supp pretty much took all the carbonation out of the soda. No complaints though. I had a long day so I had no time for cardio but banged out a 70 min back session. I didn't have time to log the workout bc I was trying to be in and out. It was not a
    Crazy intense workout but it was a good one. I threw in a lot of super sets at the end to really get a burn. No a bad day. I'm still weighing around 207 right now. I think I will drop weight and body fat on my abdominal area if I ever get time for some good cardio and of course better diet.

    So all the girl scout cookies have been eaten so you would think I would be without sweets today. Nope...I had a long day at work and had to do overtime so I treated myself to some ice cream and other fine snacks. My macros are still good but I usually keep my calories lower as well as my carbs.

  13. Very nice DB front raises! Btw nice choice with the thin mints - taste wise anyways! Ever tried grinding them up in with a shake? Oh wait, sorry that's not diet friendly! Forget I said that!

    Lol I was very tempted to mix them with a shake but I declined and just are the cookies while drinking my shake.

    To work late and got all dressed for the gym to hit biceps, triceps, and cardio. But the wife informed me of plans and I had to cut it short. I just did about 35 minutes of bicep work. It was a good workout, I am not sure what the pumps are when associated with this supp but my biceps were during my warm ups. Diet was better today and I'm hoping to keep it up.

    No workout log due to time restraints but everything was super sets.

  20. Diet was ok today. My day off work and decided to make it a rest day as well. I took the daa-hcg of course.

    I read an article about human breast milk on a body building diet. It pretty much said that breast milk is the sh*t. It is alive in some ways and contains hgh. I made 2 protein shakes today using breast milk and it was delicious lol.

    I may have another shake by the end of the night so that will put my calories higher and my protein over 300g.

    Well I get my supply from my wife so it's regulated lol. I wasn't sure about it but I've read some great stuff about It and finally just manned up and made it. No lie it tasted surprisingly good. And the breast milk that is sold gets up to like $4 an ounce.

    Well I always take it mid day. Since Its not taken with food I usually do it within 2 hours of working out or about an hour after a Workout.

  29. Today was yet another rest day and I threw In a cheat meal. I was off work and I had to many things to do and I still have more to do, so no time for the gym. I went to olive garden as well and had dinner and a dessert. I took the daa-hcg and will be in the gym tomorrow for a leg and ab day. It would be nice to get some cardio in too.

  30. Breast milk..SWEEET!!! Just started running a couple of weeks ago. Love that cardio back in my life. I feel amazing.
