Decline 255 for 8/9 on decline plus negative. I SUCK at decline and well bench in general.
Incline DBs was 90s for 8 I think maybe 9. I need to start writing this ish down.
Flat DB flyes damn good set. Not sure on weight could have been 50.
RP with a flat bench machine
DC stretch with 70s for 65 seconds
DB concentration curls 45 for 8 plus negatives
BB curl 90 for 8/9 plus negatives.
Chest and arms swelled the hell up. Like I said this workout felt like it was going to be blah, but the numbers dont lie it was damn good.
