Shoot no bulk going on here. Got the book for the diet and it explained A LOT. There is a "preparation phase" for people trying to cut/recomp. It is 10 days of low carb. Coffee has become my best friend haha.

The goal is the drop to 210 or so. Oh and of course deadlift a ton of weight I want to realize my goal of deadlifting 3 times my bodyweight. Of course finally getting the 700 pound monkey off my back would be cool too.
I weighed in at 233 on Tuesday.
