Hey guys
So as i stated in some topics i said i would like to run a log so that people where able to follow my response on the products that i am running, so that they can see the effects and results! Ill be posting my training daily, so that you guys can see my progression in strength and mass!

21years
185cm
90kg

Max´s:
Deadlift 210
Squat 170
Benchpress 130
think i can go 185 on squat, and 135 on bench! i will be testing that the end of the log!

Training routine:
Monday: Chest - Back
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Shoulder - Biceps/Triceps
Friday: Off
Saturday: Repeat

Chest: Benchpress - Incline DB - Incline DB flys
Back: Pullups - Cable row - Yates rows
Legs: Deadlift - Squat - Leg extensions - Calf raises
Shoulders: Militarypress - Laterals
Biceps: Creature curls - dunno
Triceps: Dips - Overhead extension

My history:
i started training at the age of 16, i was skinny and tall 49kg/184cm and was very shy. I found out about bodybuilding in biologics class and form then i saw bodybuilding as my problem solver! I said i wanted to be a bodybuilder and people started to say that i had bad genetics and i would never be able to gain weight.. My quest started when i wanted to show my teacher wrong

First year i gained 25kg from bulking as a crazy and taking weightgainers, next year i gained 20kg and reached around 88kgs at the age of 18. I was acused for using steroids at the age of 17 and people found my bodycompotion very crazy

As a note my genetics sucks for bodybuilding, the stronger weapon i have is my dedication, my drive to succeed, motivation and as kai said being a champion of mind!

Ok i popt my first pill of Oxyelite pro on empty stomach and WOW!!
I felt it after 30minuts, i felt i was in some kind of over drive and bodytempreture is op thats for sure!

Cant wait to try craze out! today is chest-back day and i will report back after the workout

So i popt a Oxyelite at 13:00 and went down a did some light cardio at 15:00 all i can say is, damn my heart was going? the heart rate minitor on the bike said it was 180-190 and i was doing light cardio?

before that i just sweat like a pig sitting at the computer, drops drippled down my legs
