dont know why but th intense took a while to kick in toay but once it did i was golden! i was in teh gym wy too long today lol, did back/hams whhich is different for me, to compensate for the extra long workout i took in more cals today, around 3700, also lots of carbs so hopefully tomorrows chest/arm workout will be swole! haha.....also im lookin to breka up my legs this week to see ehow i liek it, iw as thinkin bout hittin quads/shoulders on wed after my chest arm workout tomorrow.....that sound ok? also what do you do to make sru ur quads are wokred without much hamstring involvement since i did those today? box squats? pre exhaust? also only a few servings left, then iwill post my final review
