Time to get INTENSE!! - Maximize Intense log!

dont know why but th intense took a while to kick in toay but once it did i was golden! i was in teh gym wy too long today lol, did back/hams whhich is different for me, to compensate for the extra long workout i took in more cals today, around 3700, also lots of carbs so hopefully tomorrows chest/arm workout will be swole! haha.....also im lookin to breka up my legs this week to see ehow i liek it, iw as thinkin bout hittin quads/shoulders on wed after my chest arm workout tomorrow.....that sound ok? also what do you do to make sru ur quads are wokred without much hamstring involvement since i did those today? box squats? pre exhaust? also only a few servings left, then iwill post my final review

today i did quads/shoulders...not exactly sue how longi spent in tehe but it was a while.....workout was al ittle shaky towads the end, i jsut felt drained.....dunno if its low glycogen or what....also appetite was huge today, again, not sure why, didntsleep much yest, maybe thats teh reasons for all this.......

yea im gonna attribute it to that.....today is an off day, usually on off days i still do cardio but i feel like being lazy today and probably wont do anythign but go for a walk while i study......cals will sitll be a normal off days worth of 2600.... i have been doing 3600 on workout days....wieght has gona up about 203 pounds since the start of the log but very steady lately so that is another reason im trying to keep myself form really doign anythign today, also in the hope ill have lots of energy for tomrorow, although with the way my schedule is i dont see me getting a good nights sleep agian tonigth but we will see
