  3. So, just a couple of quick hits before I hit the gym:

    1) I got some tail just a bit ago. (bad idea before the gym, because now I just want to zombie out on the couch in my afterglow, drool, and play xbox....anyways....) This might be TMI for some of you, BUT....I just shot the biggest load I've ever shot since my 20s. It looked like a milk truck turned over. 5aOHP is kicking in hardcore! Anyone else experience this on 5aOHP?! It's definitely kicked my libido up a notch the past few days as well. The libido has me pondering some bad decisions......

    2) Would you believe I've broken the 250lbs barrier already? 249 just a few minutes ago(loss of bodily fluids? lol) Thats a double digit loss in what...8 days?! Yeah!!!!

    OK, I'm off to hit chest and some cardio.....back later with an update!!

    Yeah, I'll be ordering some Subres and DAA-HCG in the next few weeks, I'm always down for trying new supps anyways. I've only seen highly positive reviews for the both of them, too.

    Just to put a punctuation mark on the sweating, While I was doing her doggy I stopped to change positions and sweat fell off of my forehead a few times and she asked me if I just came. lmao True story! I can't belive I forgot to post that earlier.....

    Man, what a great fawking day!! From the cardio this morning to the mood and drive all day to my weight and cardio session after work. And well....the cardio session before the gym as well! lol I really thought after the porn sex and the vast loss of bodily fluids I'd be crap in the gym. Once I got there I F'ed $hit up!! I hate doing chest day by myself because I wont push what I normally would. I'm paranoid about being 'that guy' that bites off more than he can chew when benching by himself lol So anyways....here's the numbers and reps and what-not

    Flat Barbell Bench: 225X12, 225x10, 225X8, 225x4

    Incline Dumbell:
    50x12, 60x10, 70x8, 75x6

    Pec Dek/Cable Flys Ladders: Lowest position: 40x12, 50x10, 60x10
    Middle Position: 40x12, 50x10, 75x8
    Highest Position: 50x12, 60x10, 70x10

    Decline Bench: 205x10, 205x10, 205x10 205x6

    The weights aren't as heavy as I usually go, but it was work. I was sweating like a beast and the work felt good. I wanted to keep going and I find myself having to talk myself out of doing stuff I know I shouldnt be doing. Overtraining is the last thing I wanna do. So after all this, i went and did 45 minutes on the treadmill. Speed:3.5, Incline: 5 I hate running, it's hard on my knees for that long. Walking that fast uphill after the weights kept my heart rate up where it needed to be. OF course, there was lots more sweating on the treadmill. I'm surprised i didn't short it out. Back at it at 5:30am!!

  15. I had somewhat of an alarm malfunction this morning. Not only did I miss the gym by over sleeping, but I was late to work as well. Sigh......gonna try and sneak it in around lunch or leave work early to so cardio. We'll see. *mumble grumble*
