    Day 8

Great cardio this morning! I sweated more than I can remember in a loooong time. Pure T2 aint no joke!! My dumbass self forgot my BCAA when I left this morning. Hope the 5aOHP is preserving as advertised! It's definitely having an effect on my mood, focus and drive still. While doing cardio I was scheming ways of how to make it back in the gym at some point today. Then I got pissed when my session was almost over, I didn't want to stop. I'm like an animal possessed!! From the scale and my attitude, the 5aOHP is a hit so far. The freaky ass sweating tells me the Pure T@ is a definite hit as well. 1 week down, 5-7 to go5!!

Hey John, what's your thoughts on the PCT scenario? Gut instinct tells me this compound might not require a serm in this capacity, but I am running it 6-8 weeks.....

Honestly I don't think you will need to use a serm, always best to have one incase, but prob not needed.

Hit the gym @ 5:30 this morning to squeeze in 45 minutes of fasted cardio before work. I actually remembered my BCAA this time. Stamina is picking up as well as endurance. It was a little hard to get my heart rate up to where I needed it this morning. Good sign, I guess. I'm still in awe of how much the Pure T2 makes me sweat. It was an uncomfortable ride to work, should have changed at the gym. Holding the fast until noon or so but sipping on BCAA until then. Hitting chest after work. Let's get it!!

So, just a couple of quick hits before I hit the gym:

    1) I got some tail just a bit ago. (bad idea before the gym, because now I just want to zombie out on the couch in my afterglow, drool, and play xbox....anyways....) This might be TMI for some of you, BUT....I just shot the biggest load I've ever shot since my 20s. It looked like a milk truck turned over. 5aOHP is kicking in hardcore! Anyone else experience this on 5aOHP?! It's definitely kicked my libido up a notch the past few days as well. The libido has me pondering some bad decisions......

    2) Would you believe I've broken the 250lbs barrier already? 249 just a few minutes ago(loss of bodily fluids? lol) Thats a double digit loss in what...8 days?! Yeah!!!!

OK, I'm off to hit chest and some cardio.....back later with an update!!

Yeah, I'll be ordering some Subres and DAA-HCG in the next few weeks, I'm always down for trying new supps anyways. I've only seen highly positive reviews for the both of them, too.

Just to put a punctuation mark on the sweating, While I was doing her doggy I stopped to change positions and sweat fell off of my forehead a few times and she asked me if I just came. lmao True story! I can't belive I forgot to post that earlier.....

    Day 8

Man, what a great fawking day!! From the cardio this morning to the mood and drive all day to my weight and cardio session after work. And well....the cardio session before the gym as well! lol I really thought after the porn sex and the vast loss of bodily fluids I'd be crap in the gym. Once I got there I F'ed $hit up!! I hate doing chest day by myself because I wont push what I normally would. I'm paranoid about being 'that guy' that bites off more than he can chew when benching by himself lol So anyways....here's the numbers and reps and what-not

    Flat Barbell Bench: 225X12, 225x10, 225X8, 225x4

    Incline Dumbell:
    50x12, 60x10, 70x8, 75x6

    Pec Dek/Cable Flys Ladders: Lowest position: 40x12, 50x10, 60x10
    Middle Position: 40x12, 50x10, 75x8
    Highest Position: 50x12, 60x10, 70x10

    Decline Bench: 205x10, 205x10, 205x10 205x6

The weights aren't as heavy as I usually go, but it was work. I was sweating like a beast and the work felt good. I wanted to keep going and I find myself having to talk myself out of doing stuff I know I shouldnt be doing. Overtraining is the last thing I wanna do. So after all this, i went and did 45 minutes on the treadmill. Speed:3.5, Incline: 5 I hate running, it's hard on my knees for that long. Walking that fast uphill after the weights kept my heart rate up where it needed to be. OF course, there was lots more sweating on the treadmill. I'm surprised i didn't short it out. Back at it at 5:30am!!

I had somewhat of an alarm malfunction this morning. Not only did I miss the gym by over sleeping, but I was late to work as well. Sigh......gonna try and sneak it in around lunch or leave work early to so cardio. We'll see. *mumble grumble*

Strength is staying very close 'normal', but I'm working my arse off on a caloric deficit. The sweating is still stupid crazy. I did 45 minutes of cardio immediately afterwards.

    Day 13

I took a complete day off yesterday. I had to talk myself into it but my achillies tendon and my calfs can feel the work I've been putting in cardio wise. Probably a smart thing to give them a rest. This morning was a learning lesson for sure. The morning cardio I've been doing has been in a fasted state, which has been working great. I tried to be a bad @ss this morning and do weight training and cardio in a fasted state. *snickers* (In my best Charlie Murphy voice) WRONG!! WRONG!! I'll never do that $hit again. Trust......

    Shoulders:
    Front DB Raises: 12x25, 10x30, 8x35, 6x40
    Lateral DB Raises: 12x25, 10x30, 8x35, 6x35
    Upright Rows w/Easy Bar: 12x60, 10x75, 8x90, 6x80
Smith Machine Military Press: 12x115, 10x135,
    (here's where the $hit hit the fan...and I hit the wall...) 4x135, 6x95

    Traps:
    Dumbell Shrugs: 75x15, 75x12, 75x8, 75x6

After traps, I was tanked. I could tell I needed food and my body was pi$$ed at me for not eating. WTF was I thinking? I actually tried to do cardio, but quit like a pu$$y after 20 minutes. Came home, slammed a protien shake. 20 minutes or so later I ate a grilled chicken breats, some steamed veggies, and some quinoa. Contemplating cardio a few hours later from now. I'm a little pi$$ed at myself. I've been doing so well lately just to have a somewhat screwed workout. Anyways......

    Weight today? 245, bitches!!!

After 2 weeks, I am LOVING this stack. The sweating is insane. Pure ridiculousness! I love it though, Pure T2 works it's @ss off! The 5aOHP is keeping me from loosing muscle for sure. It's also keeping my strenght right around baseline. Hardness is very prevelant. It stays with me all day too, even though it's still covered by fat. Several people who saw me for the first time in a few weeks have mentioned how I look more in shape, that my midsection was noticeably smaller, and my shoulders were wider. Libido is definitely up. Aggression is up, in the gym and with the ladies. I used to look, then look away. Now I'm looking until they make eye contact and keep it until they look away, like " Hey girl.....I'd beat that up if ya want...." lol I keep reading that some people notice a little kick in effects after week 2. If this stuff gets any better, I'll be giddy like a lil' school girl. Really looking forward to the next few weeks!!
