Just bought some Hemovol, hear its pretty good. I'll be the judge of that. iForce won me over with their RevV2 (stuffs legit) so I figured I'd give Hemovol a try. I'm pairing it with FST-7 training, should be a good combo if they both live up to all the hype.

Im not sold on the entire ingredient profile of Hemovol doing what it says. Im also a big DC training guy so FST-7 is also out there for me so this whole thing is new to me.

Only other supplements i'll be taking is DAA (3gr/day) and creatine/glutamine (you all know thats how I always roll ;-))

Im about to hit my first workout with the Hemovol, Legs!!!!!!!!!

My legs feel like they're 800lbs! Pump wasn't anything crazy or out of the ordinary but 1st workout so I'm not judging. I'm def gonna have to split legs though, that'll increase my pump and overall work load

My bad guys, forgot to update yesterday.

Shoulder pump in the morning then moved ALL DAY!!!! It was mostly raises with some presses at the end

On a side not, I ate close to 4lbs of ground beef today in the form of sloppy joes. I was in heaven haha

Def hit my protein mark for today! Had normal breakfast and post workout meals then sloppy joe bonanza started

Should hemovol be taken on an empty stomach or is it ok to take with a small amount of carbs, like 10gr? Just wondering if I'm hindering th effects of Hemovol at all

hemavol should be taken on a empty stomach. I use the powder and found it to work best 1.5-2 hours after a high carb meal with 1 gram of salt and lots of water. the gms loves the water and the agmatine loves the carbs.

I dont try to have my reps up at 15, coming from DC training it's hard for me to gauge what weight I'll use and if I got some in the tank I ain't stopping at 12!

Plus I get better pumps from lower rep range work, 6-10reps, I know seems odd but how my boy seems to roll

Here's my diet breakdown. I need to add some more protein, a 50gr shake when I got home from work would be ideal. I wish dymatize still made their 12hr protein, it was in expensive and tasted alright.

Carbs should be a little higher, my cottage cheese has pineapple in it so add about 24gr to the carbs that's the real out look on it.

I will never buy the pills again after trying the powder. The pills are good but the powder is great !

Pump was marginally better yesterday. Still not insane like most speak of, but, you want to be humbled with presses, do 4 sets of machine flys with a 2 sec squeeze as your first exercise.

I have done DC training for some time and would never find myself taking Hemavol on a program like that. Just me personally.

I feel Hemavol would be GREATLY utilized on a program like DC,
if the body doesnt naturally get HUGE pumps or vasodilation form DC training Hemavol can greatly add to that.

In my perspective I wouldnt take hemavol on a high rep scheme,
i can however see how hemavol can get in the way of performing beyond failure as the pain from the pump can inhibit those last few reps, but personally i dont get pumped on DC too often but then again i havent tried it too many times

I also think making the switch from DC has something to do with the pumps, finding the correct weight:rep ratio right now is kind of hard but I have a week under my belt now so I should see some good things from here on out, or at least I hope.

On a side note.....

Well with moving this past weekend and putting everything away I found my diets from when I tried doing a contest 6 years ago! I also found my workouts from the time shortly after. I remember I made some great gains in the time after with that workout, hmmm.

I didn't do the show because the guy putting me through the show (and close friend) had a stroke about 4 weeks out from the show. However, this makes me kind of want to give it a go again. I was about 30lbs lighter than I am now but could make the adjustments to the diet, or just call me buddy and ask what to add.

Hmmm maybe a contest diet starting in May????

Only thing is I'll need to hire someone for the last 4 weeks. My guy is 3,000miles away!

I asked around the gym today and there's a local guy who charges $600 for 10 weeks! Not to mention a $20 meeting fee, wtf?!?!

Worse case I start dieting and don't find anyone who I trust and just get in incredible shape haha

You could try it both before and after and see which way works best for you. I eat at least 100g carbs myself pre workout :D looks good to me otherwise

You carb whore!!!! Haha I can't get away with that many or my waistline grows faster than my biceps.

I ordered the supplies today so hopefully I'll be ready to give this a try by then. In the mean time I'll keep plugging away

Figured I'd post my diet invade you guys were wondering how I ate. This is the revamped version I'll put into place when my stuff gets here.

Meal 1:
True Protein MG's Powdered Muscle

Post workout
1 scoop Gaspari Intra-protein
2 pieces Ezekiel bread with jam

Meal 3:
4 egg whites
4whole eggs

Meal 4:
3 scoops Mass Maker
1 scoop Muscle Provider
8oz soy milk
1 tbs almond oil

Meal 5:
10oz chicken
1/2 cup brown rice
4 the natty peanut butter

Meal 6:
3 scoops Mass Maker
1 scoop Muscle Provider

Yeah I know but working 12hr shifts and 10min breaks (30min for 'lunch') that's how I have to go to get the cals/protein I need. Sat and Sunday are mostly all whole food meals

I've heard of that bread before...
Where do u buy that brand at? Ezekiel?
I go to whole foods. What part of the country do you live?

Just trying to be the logbook and increasing the weight. I would save hemavol for something that induced a lot more volume. That is just me though. So op next time you do a regular bodybuilding type workout you should give the powder a try and see how you like it.

But then again hemavol increases my strength dramatically...yeah...ignore everything I just said. Fail on my part. Op...just kick some ass haha

Dang that looks rough man!

That's the idea with the potato starch/WMS for breakfast. maybe with my nightly shake and 1/2cup of oatmeal before I hit the hay will do the trick.

guys lol i was doing that for 8months, thats my daily diet, only reason I added whole food was to carry muscle into the show, the shakes are easier at work and cheaper for me. im a broke ass....LOL

for me it was actually pretty easy
