    *Response to earlier comment. I just wouldn't take a pump product during DC training because the pump is the last thing I am worried about in a program like that. Just trying to be the logbook and increasing the weight. I would save hemavol for something that induced a lot more volume. That is just me though. So op next time you do a regular bodybuilding type workout you should give the powder a try and see how you like it.

    Killed shoulders tonight. Due to work schedule and the possibility of overtime (which I'm working tomorrow) I changed the pump schedule slightly and broke legs into 2 separate days

    meal 1 50g whey 1 cup oats
    meal 2 50g whey 1 cup oats 1/2 tbspn PB

    meal 3 50g whey 1 cup oats 1/2 tbspn PB

    meal 4 50g whey 1 cup oats 1/2 tbspn PB
    meal 5 Chicken,turkey or eggs,
    meal 6 50g whey 3 tbspn PB

    i went through near 20lbs a month.

    Distilled water, part of the reason you are not having HUGE pumps may be beacuse pre workout you arent having enough fluid in your system and not enough carbs before you lift, its harder to get meals in pre morning training but try to add a little oatmeal before bed ALA dorian to allow glycogen to be fuller in the am, OR just wake up 1hr prior and SLAM a shake and go back to bed.... its HARD but its what may be needed

    Dang that looks rough man!

    That's the idea with the potato starch/WMS for breakfast. maybe with my nightly shake and 1/2cup of oatmeal before I hit the hay will do the trick.

    guys lol i was doing that for 8months, thats my daily diet, only reason I added whole food was to carry muscle into the show, the shakes are easier at work and cheaper for me. im a broke ass....LOL

    for me it was actually pretty easy

    Yeah you can get 25lbs of whey for about $160 and that's just over a months worth at 10 scoops a day. Way cheaper than food, now a days any way.

    Simple because you don't really have anything to do but put some water in a cup and shake away lol. The hunger is what would get me

    Yeah, in college me and my roommates did that with Sam's club once, we got 50lbs of sirloin? Man, cutting that into 8oz slabs and separating felt like it took forever.

    It cut about $1/lb off the price which was nice but took up all the room in our freezer lol

    I got 2 meals in before my workout today, finished up 10oz of sirloin and a large sweet potato for my preworkout meal and have downed a 1/2 gal of water today. Let's see if Hemovol starts delivering on quad day.

    ]To help with the pump, i had a bowl of frosted flakes with my nightly protein shake. I took 200mg of R-ALA a few minutes before the meal. Depending on how my workout goes tomorrow I will probably add this to my last meal of the day, but sub the cereal for 1/2 cup of oatmeal with honey.

    The MG powdered muscle hasn't shipped yet, at least I don't think. Just got an email saying they had my order and my account was charged.

    Well, my gym is awful for training hammies on a Wednesday morning. Little old ladies galore using the leg curl machines! Really messed with my flow, I didn't get to do my set routine but made due.

    Exactly! Lol, and you cant be mean to them! Now old guys that are dicks, I have no problem telling them what's up, I got a soft spot for the ladies

    On a side note, I don't know how much I'm liking this FST-7 stuff, Hemovol is growing but as for the training. Meh, I think I'm addictided to the DC lifestlye

    -Empty stomach take 5 tabs (yes just 5) 45min preworkout w/ bottle of water

    Crap workout today, I'm done with this FST 7 training, too much volume for me and my job. I'll go back to a regular split/volume Monday. 12 sets for chest/back/shoulders 9 for arms and probably 20 for legs (counting calfs)

    I bought two boxes yesterday, guess I'm getting old I swear the last time I bought them they were $2? Maybe I'm wrong but either way I housed a box of Carmel de lites yesterday evening.
