Day 12: Back and abs. had a great start, feel like my back is gettin stronger especially lat area. dont got my lower back pains anymore so back to doin dead lifts and today lower back is sore as a mother trucker. looks like 2 new veins are popping out on my right shoulder and been waiting for those.
