Day 16: ok so i didnt rest today lol felt like goin real bad since today was such a good day for me. murdered back and abs. ok today was seriously an amazing workout. my strength is really goin up along with endurance since i moved up to 2 scoops. pumps were so intense on my lats and ran into my cousin at the gym and he said im gettin some size. luvin this stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. day 18: felt like trash all day so didnt hit the gym. just did some 30min cardio at home on the treadmill

Day 19: Arms!!!!!!!! although didnt get much sleep and felt like trash again today, 2 scoops of MM got me up for the gym. felt a little weaker today than the last workout but still managed an awesome pump. didnt hav a preworkout meal so thats probably why felt weak and sadly not much in the fridge so just had a protein shake, 2 pb&j's, a hot pocket and thats about it. gonna go grocery shoppin tonight and prolly break out the grill.

    I do I dont. Seems to be more pleasant and increase endurance and also u don't get a buzz or crash.

Day 20: back and some cardio. well gave it a shot and true no crash but not much of a crazy rush like usual and i enjoy that. pump was still there but eh, not gonna do it again plus i have some crazy sh**s right now. cheated today due to the amazing smell of kung pao chicken and mongolian beef mama brought home, couldnt help it and havent had chinese in like a year but gonna throw some more cardio later tonight

    Day 21: HIIT cardio. felt better today and a lot more energetic so hopped on that treadmill. didnt take MM, just dpol and had a good run. wanted to do some extra abs but my buddy had to rush back home and he was my ride but all in all, great workout

    35min treadmill
    5min jog, 2min sprint back and forth with incince set 5(the highest is 15)

Day 22: chested it like bit** today and luved it. took the MM right when i got to the gym instead of 30min and instead of sippin on it throughout workout and may i say this was a lot better than both of those. felt the energy within 5min and the strength kicked in at 3 workout. incline dumbell strength increased nicely, made it to 100lbs but only 6reps and the last 2 needed a light spot but all in all awesome workout. finally some nice weather here in chicago so the grill is comin out

  22. here's the only problem i hav with dpol, i hav a ragin woody as we speak in the comp lab at skool and it just came outa no where. i wanna get up to go get a drink but sadly rockin sweat pants today. every morning for the past 2 weeks this has been happening lol and while just doin homework or anytime in the morning from hours 8am-noon. numbers never turned me on this much

    Day 23: yesterday was supposed to be arms but i got a call for some work like at the last minute so didnt get to hit the gym but on the bright side i had to bike to the place which 16 miles total there and back and i went against the wind so it was some nasty cardio and leg workout i guess. woulda updated yesterday but knocked right when i got home
