Marinating a Fresh PuMp?(Sponsored Log)

Purus Labs once again has snapped and always go through so much to make all their customers as satisfied as they can be. And let me say, this customer is as satisfied as a jack rabbit findin a carrot mountain in the middle of December in Africa. I along with others were picked to log the new Muscle Marinade flavor and they were awesome enough to even give us a whole month supply or D-Pol!!!!!!!!!! this will be a wild ride. Purus Labs, thank you so much and thank you Grambo for gettin us all on this!!!!!!!!!

Stats:
Height: 5'9
Weight: 180lbs
Bodyfat: Unknown
Goal: Recomp. Planning on retaining muscle while cutting up

Dose:
MM: 1 scoop/day half hour before lifts
Dpol: 3pills/day an hour before lifts

Day 1: I was surprised to see the UPS guy come to the door half hour right before I hit the gym so i took my first dose. Half scoop of MM and 3pills of Dpol. I was extremely excited to try this new flavor so i quickly slapped half a scoop in my shaker cup, shook it around for 5 seconds or so and chugged it down. Guys, fresh fruit is the greatest tasting preworkout I have ever had, no joke at all. I remember with cherry limeade it was real sweet so I expected that with this but it wasnt at all. it was perfect, easy to drink, flavor was like a fruit drink(could be perfect for margaritas if wanted lol) and mixed perfect; didnt have to add water again to get it all down. The workout was awesome, energy and focus was there no doubt and the pump was awesome. It started comin later due to the fact that dpol was supposed to be taken an hour before lift but it stuck throughout the workout and surprisingly, no DAA sh**s.

Will trim the chest tonight and get some pics up tomorrow. Cannot wait till tomorrows lift :)

Day 2: didnt have a ride to the gym so busted out some home workouts. did a full scoop and popped dpol an hour before lifts. felt real pumped today and startin to the libido actin up a little extra.

Workout:
5 sets pull ups (close grip) 15-20 reps each
5 sets pull up (wide grip) 15-20 reps each
hammer curls (30lb dumbells, all i have at the house) 5 sets 20-30 reps each
regular curls (30lb dumbells) 5 sets 20-30 reps each
dips 3 sets 50-70 reps each
diamond push ups 4 sets 40-50 reps each
close grip push ups 5 sets 40-50 reps each

Cardio tonight before bed

Some pics before workout. a main goal is to get the chest formed, still have some lower chest fat from when i was fat back in the day

Day 3: took yesterday off cuz i was feelin pretty sick for some reason, think it was the food i ate at this breakfast place in the morning, mexican omlet :)

Day 4: Hittin it tonight, cannot wait

Day 4: killed back and legs today. dpol is just adding an awesome pump, this just became a staple for me. got a nice compliment at school today by some 40 year old lady :) made my day. not goin passed one scoop of MM, one scoop is already mayhem and strength is increasing a bit slowly. some extra veins are comin out and stomach looks like its shrinking so this is nice

i keep diet the same but yesterday i did eat more than usual, had a little extra pasta than usual.

Day 5: Chest. Murdered it today in the gym, threw in an extra set in all my workouts and pumps so brutal i started cramping. vascularity is showing more and more everyday and think im gonna throw in 5 sets of pushups every night before i sleep to get my chest formed more. its pissin me off not seein an inner chest so this has become my biggest priority. i have noticed my nipples itch at night but i try to ignore it and no lumps, maybe its all in my head. gonna fire up the grill tonight and make a steak and some grilled onions. freakin hungry!!!!!!

Day 6: couldnt make it to the gym today but didnt wanna be lazy so hopped on the treadmill for 20min at home wet in the garage and did a few sets of pull ups with different grips, few sets of pushups also different grips and some ab workouts. without doubt this stuff is workin, shoulders are gettin rounder and tri's are startin to show more. i cnt stop lookin in the mirror or not flex everytime i go to the bathroom lol tomorrow ima hit the gym and some shoulders. wanna get the traps shaped more. just slapped some left over steak, chicken and grilled onions in the microwave and found out i got some feta. im feelin greek tonight :)

I'm on day two of the stack and excited to see how I develop on this stack. Day 6 and already noticing changes. Good work man.

Day 7: abs and back. really didnt feel like stayin home today and superbowl tonight and that means wings all night. did 15min cardio then did some ab and oblique workouts. there was an extremely hot asian girl with a booty next to me while i was layin on the floor do some abs and was prayin she would trip and her ass would fall on my face :) sadly she didnt. was still pumped and energetic so ended up doin some back workouts. 2 lat workouts, 4 mid back and dead lifts. all in all, awesome workout today and mite do some some progress pics tomorrow

Day 8: CHESSSTTT!!! didnt sleep at all last night for some reason and when i say at all, i mean at all. my stomach was killin me all night prolly from the 80 atomic wings from wingstop i had. was staring at the ceiling all night and took constant glances at the clock and what do u know, 7am and had to go to class. hit the gym around 2pm today, one scoop still but it did wake me up from my zombieness today. felt pretty weak today, obviously due to last night but still had a good pump and woke up after the MM.

Day 16: mite rest today since i hav no ride to the gym so mite just go out for a jog later and home ab workouts. obliques are comin in so im not tryin to lose those. will update tonight and im increasing dose to 2 scoops and since i have a few tubs of MM cherry limeade, im gonna run it till the dpol is out and then the final review(which is lookin very positive right now)

Day 19: Arms!!!!!!!! although didnt get much sleep and felt like trash again today, 2 scoops of MM got me up for the gym. felt a little weaker today than the last workout but still managed an awesome pump. didnt hav a preworkout meal so thats probably why felt weak and sadly not much in the fridge so just had a protein shake, 2 pb&j's, a hot pocket and thats about it. gonna go grocery shoppin tonight and prolly break out the grill.

I do I dont. Seems to be more pleasant and increase endurance and also u don't get a buzz or crash.
Try it out.

Day 21: HIIT cardio. felt better today and a lot more energetic so hopped on that treadmill. didnt take MM, just dpol and had a good run. wanted to do some extra abs but my buddy had to rush back home and he was my ride but all in all, great workout

Day 22: chested it like bit** today and luved it. took the MM right when i got to the gym instead of 30min and instead of sippin on it throughout workout and may i say this was a lot better than both of those. felt the energy within 5min and the strength kicked in at 3 workout. incline dumbell strength increased nicely, made it to 100lbs but only 6reps and the last 2 needed a light spot but all in all awesome workout. finally some nice weather here in chicago so the grill is comin out :)
