    Day 12: Back and abs. had a great start, feel like my back is gettin stronger especially lat area. dont got my lower back pains anymore so back to doin dead lifts and today lower back is sore as a mother trucker. looks like 2 new veins are popping out on my right shoulder and been waiting for those.

    Day 13: some legs. didnt feel social tonight so ended up goin to the gym. knocked some cardio and did some legs. weird thing, since i went at night i took only 3/4 scoop of MM and i actually felt more energetic than the full scoop like i did not want to get off the treadmill at all. had some pasta earlier so i had to hit the gym

    Day 16: mite rest today since i hav no ride to the gym so mite just go out for a jog later and home ab workouts. obliques are comin in so im not tryin to lose those. will update tonight and im increasing dose to 2 scoops and since i have a few tubs of MM cherry limeade, im gonna run it till the dpol is out and then the final review(which is lookin very positive right now)

    Day 19: Arms!!!!!!!! although didnt get much sleep and felt like trash again today, 2 scoops of MM got me up for the gym. felt a little weaker today than the last workout but still managed an awesome pump. didnt hav a preworkout meal so thats probably why felt weak and sadly not much in the fridge so just had a protein shake, 2 pb&j's, a hot pocket and thats about it. gonna go grocery shoppin tonight and prolly break out the grill.
