I had a really good workout--- did full body.

Seated Cable Rows;
Behind-The-Back Upright Rows [Awesome for your traps];
DB Bench;
Corner Barbell Rows;
Multiple Sets of Hanging Leg Raises


For as potent as this formula is, I didn't crash or anything, nor was I cracked out...


Vascularity was nice from the d-pol.

Taste is pretty damn good.

It's really about mid 2nd week they start to really come in for me in gym. They do it every time you use it but if consistently they get better and better from what I have found.

Today I focused on chest.

I have no idea why, but I took Muscle Marinade [Full Scoop ] on an empty stomach this morning, and was not cracked out of my mind like I was expecting/hoping.


Nonetheless, the energy was really good with only a hit of a crash right about now.

For what it's worth, I am apparently freaking stimulant tolerant. With that in mind, Muscle Marinade still hits me really well, just not like a brick wall like it does to many stimulant novices.

All in all, I had a great workout with long lasting energy thanks to Muscle Marinade.

Yes I have.

I did a higher volume workout than normal today, and they were much more pronounced than usual.

Good workout today... I had more energy most likely due to having eaten a few hours before the workout.

Pump: Check, even did a PR on dips for PES' contest.

Strength: Check, see above. ^

Energy: Was very nice, smooth and log lasting like it has been.
