I took two scoops yesterday 30mins before working out. Yesterday nutrition SUCKED. It snowed so both my workout and my meals were off a bit. But still here are the results!

Great workout! I REALLY think the creatine in pre workouts make the difference for me when it comes to strength. I really like the Huperzia Serrata as it was in White Flood and the Mucuna Pruriens pre workout. DMAE seems to be good in all of these. Energy was constant, focus was good, and this time I got some good pumps. Only problem... is it doesnt taste that good. Granted it's not as bad as Craze... It's not as good as Hemavol.... But Hemavol taste amazing.

Good work today.

Today I had my dose after work so I was kinda tired. Felt really good working out though. Loving that beast mode is FULL of good stuff lol. Makes me feel REALLY good during my workout, even though my PCT isnt going as well as I had hoped.

Notes:

So as I have said I love the energy. Today I actually took it WITH my pre workout meal. So I had it with around 800 cals. Still got the effects 1hr later when I hit the weights. It really gives good focus and really gets me "there". Very similar to what White Flood did for me, but I feel this product gives me more endurance. Liking it so far.

The niacin in it may help with glucose disposal to a degree I was thinking. I know there have been studies done showing niacin is an appetite stimulant.
Matt, you are a big 1,3 fan aren't you? Do you think the mucuna in Beast Mode makes up for the 1,3 in terms of focus?

It's either that or the huperzia. All I know is I can feel the ergogenics working. And the focus is great. Cant complain really. Cept the taste. But meh, I've tasted worse.

Lol. Was gonna ask that next. It actually tastes good to me now. Must have taken a while to grow on me.
And your pm about the energy, I would say I can still feel it at the end of my workout. Not enough to keep me awake at night but it's there.

Should get better. Its not intolerable. Its more different? lol. But as I said. I like stuff to taste good, but this doesnt taste horrible so I dont really mind. ;)

Fruit punch flavor mixed with lemon bcaa is how I drink it.

For me when I drank best mode on it's own reminded me of a fruit punch tasting soda called big red

Hmm. When I go home I'll try that. (like to Hawaii, I have a container there. Mainly because it has all the good stuff in it that I have in japan in bulk powder form).

workout today. Man today was rough. Feeling like I am kinda coming back, but also feeling really weak as well. I think dropping the Osta has made me weak. But I guess it was supressing me too hard.

I really hope that I recover soon, I need libido back so I can feel back to normal. Thank god for pre workouts... I wasnt even feeling like training but I got home... drank my beast mode and was able to pull off this workout. So far so good in beast mode ;)

I dont think my pct is going as good as I would hope lol. I took beast mode after work, around 45 minutes after my pre workout meal. I think it was great timing this time ;D.
Got some PRs. Pushing REALLY hard. Beast mode is good stuff. I think the best thing about it is it has EVERYTHING you need in it. ;)

The following weeks will be the true test as my stress and stuff will be elevated from being in a different time zone. At least Ill be at home though. Also, I have to show the inlaws and the sister inlaw's family around... thats gonna be stressful... Well deload this week then I will hit it hard again.

Yeah it does work nicely. With or without adding it to the bcaa pre workout

Mix it in hemavol...I did body octane and hemavol today...awesome taste and good endurance!!!!

Hehe. Sorry guys. I will update my log at once as I do hst so it's pretty easy. Beastmode on tap again as I took a break from the preworkouts. Mainly cause I found I love the monster drinks and drink like three a day... Lol.

Haha. Thanks! I'll be back in full charge in a couple days. Today is my last full day in Hawaii so I will have my cell phone and computer back in japan. :)
Maybe I'll get an iPad too. :)
