  1. After work today felt pretty beat, but had to get going. Beast gave me the energy to get through this... Thanks god.

  5. workout today. Man today was rough. Feeling like I am kinda coming back, but also feeling really weak as well. I think dropping the Osta has made me weak. But I guess it was supressing me too hard.

    This workout was kinda just put together as my legs are WAY TO sore to train. I MAY hit them tomorrow if I feel like I can. I rather not though. Im wondering if I should just take the next week off. Deload. Though I really don't think that will happen. More like I'll over train hahaha.
    I really hope that I recover soon, I need libido back so I can feel back to normal. Thank god for pre workouts... I wasnt even feeling like training but I got home... drank my beast mode and was able to pull off this workout. So far so good in beast mode

    I dont think my pct is going as good as I would hope lol. I took beast mode after work, around 45 minutes after my pre workout meal. I think it was great timing this time ;D.
    Got some PRs. Pushing REALLY hard. Beast mode is good stuff. I think the best thing about it is it has EVERYTHING you need in it.

Ill hit the gym, but I will be in 60% of ME. So... my weights will look very sad... haha. Oh I took some pics... gotta figure out how to get them up now.. hehe.

    Notes about Beast Mode: So far so good, making me feel strong enough and gives me enough energy to hit the workouts... The following weeks will be the true test as my stress and stuff will be elevated from being in a different time zone. At least Ill be at home though. Also, I have to show the inlaws and the sister inlaw's family around... thats gonna be stressful... Well deload this week then I will hit it hard again.

  23. Hehe. Sorry guys. I will update my log at once as I do hst so it's pretty easy. Beastmode on tap again as I took a break from the preworkouts. Mainly cause I found I love the monster drinks and drink like three a day... Lol.

    Haha. Thanks! I'll be back in full charge in a couple days. Today is my last full day in Hawaii so I will have my cell phone and computer back in japan.
