First off ,sorry for the wait.

App nut was ever so gracious to give me the opportunity to log their pre-workout LIT-UP, iced tea flavor.(yum) I feel my absence won't do proper justice but I'll give it my best.

Lets start this will be my second log. 1st is in my signature. Well a Lil about me. I work industrial construction at an Exxon refinery. I'm married and have a beautiful daughter. I've been hitting the gym on regular basis for the past 2 years. I've been working a turnaround so the last 2-3 weeks I've been mia from the gym. Tonight was my 1st night back. It felt great. And it went like this, kinda short.

I was taking maxamize v2 with the intimidate beta test. I think its cause there's no 1,3 in it. I love that about litup cause I can eat after I hit the gym
