    First off, I want to thank ddfox and the people at Neogenix for giving me the chance to run this. Second, I am quite new to this forum. I was always a lurker in the past, but eventually decided to start posting, and now I'm definitely glad I did. I will be running 1 Bottle of Neogenix Supremacy at the recommended dosage (1 pill, 3x daily), Here is some information about Supremacy from Neogenix.

    Current Routine:

    Note this list fluctuates, as I will change the order of these EVERY WEEK. I am very good about working out based on feel. The one thing that does not change, however, is legs are always done either Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.

    Mon: Legs, Calves, abs
    Tues: Chest
    Wed: Back
    Thurs: Arms
    Fri: Shoulders, Abs
    Saturday: off
    Sunday: Depending on how I feel, will work either legs chest or back for a second time. This has worked well for me, and I will continue this through this log. I have always had a fast metabolism, but will be doing cardio at least 2x a week. Usually 10x100 meter sprints

    Current Supps
    Pre workout :rotate between Juggernaut, N.O. Ignite and NoxiPro
    Post Workout is always food, turkey burgers, chicken breast, or lean beef. Always one of those 3 mixed in what whatever else Im feeling. (will update on each day what I am eating and taking in)
    Vitamins :Vitamin E Vitamin C and Fish Oil

    DAY 1

    Heard this stuff kicks in around week 2 or 3, in terms of strength, so didn;t expect to see anything today. Also heard within the first week people notice better sleep, so i will report any findings that I do have. I am a very honest person so expect a VERY HONEST review!

    Woke up late (needed the sleep) Didn't get to eat the way I wanted to today, but here are the meals

    Meal 1 Took 1st Supremacy pill...had 2 LEAN turkey burgers on whole wheat bread with mustard only and a granola bar
    Snacked on 2 granola bars and 2 bananas (about 2 hours later)

    Meal 2: Took 2nd Supremacy pill had a HUGE serving of Oatmeal with cinnamon and 4 tsp of dextrose about 2 hours before my workout. I am talking 80-100 g carbs worth, maybe more

    Meal 3: Took 3rd Supremacy pill 8oz lean ground chicken, topped with lemon pepper (favorite) and a banana (I am a banana freak)

    Again, these are my meals for the day, and are in no way my usual. This WILL change tomorrow!


    Workout
    This leg workout was given to me by JudgementDay, as we spoke about different leg workouts Took 2 scoops of Juggernaut Pre workout to get through this Here is what it consisted of today

    Bodyweight Squats: @5 sets of 25 reps; 45 second rests between sets

    Walking Lunges: 10 sets of 15 steps each leg

    Jumping Squats:5 sets of 10 reps The pace was slowed down on those because I busted ass pretty loud in middle of 3rd set, training partner couldn't stop laughing (there were girls like 10 feet away) Did my best to keep up intensity though!

    Leg extensions: 6 sets of 50 reps at 40 lbs (I swear a lot harder than it sounds!)

    Hamstring curls, 6 sets of 30 reps at 105lbs

    Seated calf raises: 3 sets of 50 reps with a 45lb plate. Calves died pretty quickly on these

    I had an amazing pump all the way through this workout, and heart was racing the whole time. This kind of volume is killer, even with such a light load. The workout given to me by JudgementDay was actually 6 sets of 50-100 on leg extensions, and 3 sets of 100 reps on calves, but I had to cut it short as my gym closes early. (and I was dying on both of those)

    Day 2

    Woke up early today, not even knowing what i was going to be working out. Back, Chest or Shoulders. Ended up going with back, as I have hit chest 2x the week before and legs 2x week a couple times recently. I took my 3 separate doses of Supremacy with each Meal (1,2,3) Did have a VERY vivid dream last night, to say the least. Let's see if that continues. My legs are beaten to death, I can barely walk today, they are that sore. That workout is no joke. Try it!

    Here was my meal breakdown for the day:

    Meal 1: 8 oz lean ground chicken. My god it's amazing I swear. (have always stuck with turkey, beef, etc.) and a banana

    Pre workout: Banana, granola bar, and Noxipro (first time using, it's POWERFUL)

    Meal 2: 8 oz lean ground turkey, followed by Ravioli Di Portobello at Olive Garden (promised my girl we would go) And a Caesar Salad

    Snack: Bowl of Kashi cereal with 8oz of 2% milk, banana, and another freakin granola bar (you guys sense a trend here?)

    Meal 3: Turkey Melt (couldn't resist, my girl offered!) and another 8 oz of ground chicken ( I don't care if it is repetitive, I love it)

    Now, today I did back, and I had a pretty damn good workout. Was focused, energized, and ready to go! I set a couple PR's as well. They may not be too impressive, but I am pretty happy with them Also, I will try to get some videos up of me doing some of these workouts so you guys can see.

    Workout
    Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns,
    100x30 (warmup) 150x20 220x10 220x10

    Close Grip Overhead pulldowns:
    200lbx15 220lbx10 250lbx8 250lbx8 with dropsets of 180x10 and 100x20

    Rack Pulls:
    225x10 275x10 315x8 335x8 385x5 (PR)

    Never done more than 335 4 times before today, was feeling very pumped up today)

    No deadlifts today as I alternate between Rack pulls and Deads. My Lats were on fire after the Rack pulls. Next week I will hit some Deadlifts for you guys Also, legs are torn up, and I am sure deads would have lit me up.

    Tell me what you guys think about my workouts. (volume, sets, rep range, etc) I feel like I am forgetting something in this log, just not sure what. Would love to hear people's thoughts, as I have my own way of doing things. I, a lot of times, will go based on how my body feels, and I almost always push myself to my limits. Anyways, this is it for day 2, will be arms or shoulders tomorrow!

    Hey guys! **** I am so sorry that I missed so many days in a row. I first lost my internet for a day then **** just added up. But not to fear, I keep a log of my own everyday, even when I'm not doing it with a supp

    I took Day 3 off as I realized, somehow, i had gone 11 days straight without an off day. Don't know what I was thinking. Anyways, took all 3 doses of Supremacy and got some rest. Days 4 and 5 in next post

    So day 4, I have realized I am sleeping better. By that I mean I am falling asleep easier. I tend to have a bit of insomnia, but I can say, last few days, I have been falling asleep quicker, and having some pretty vivid dreams. For example, girlfriend's dad, in my dream, got pissed that I had porn, so I was sent to a Castle where I had to avoid some monster. That's not a joke, that was the base of last nights dream! Weird stuff, but I love vivid dreams! haha. Anyways, on to the meals:

    Meal 1 Took 1st Supremacy pill 1 Bowl of Oatmeal (huge serving again, around 75g carbs worth, along with a banana (SURPRISE!)

    Snack; 3 slices turkey breast with mustard ( I eat random things I know)

    Meal 2: Took 2nd Supremacy pill Had 12oz 93/7 lean beef with swiss cheese whole wheat bread and mustard (trying to avoid ketchup) Along with about 16oz Skim Milk

    Meal 3: Took 3rd Supremacy pill 16oz lean ground chicken with lemon pepper (Yes I ate the whole 1lb package)

    Still wanting to eat more, but money will not permit that right now.


    Workout
    Hit Chest today, hoping to break my last week's PR of 225x12 Chest routine went as follows:

    Rotator cuff exercises always done in beginning, as I have had shoulder problems before. (Mentioned in 1st post)

    One more thing, I do all Incline and Decline presses with only a slight incline or decline. I feel this hits more for me

    Flat Barbell Press:

    275lbsx1 (looking for 285 next time, as I almost got 2 on this)

But it led to me having a more focused workout. I did get an amazing pump in my chest, which always alleviates feelings of one bad set. Tomorrow will be arm day, everyone's favorite but mine!

    DAY 5

    Ok, so I have to say the Supremacy may be giving me vivid dreams, Have yet to not have one since I started taking it. Anyways, the day started out having to help my Uncle move into his new home. Helped him from about 8 am to 2:30pm, moving some pretty big shhhhhhhh. Anyways, today was arm day, so it really doesn't matter. For those wondering why i say I don't like arm day, it's because my arms grow easily. For some, that's a huge thing, for me, it sucks because my chest is a slow grower. So it makes me look disproportional. Anyways, as always, onto the meals


    Meal 1 Took 1st Supremacy pill Ate two 6ox lean turkey burgers ( was going to be helping my Uncle, so wanted to eat more, but ran out of time)

    Meal 2: Took 2nd Supremacy pill, had a protein shake (24g protein, 3 g carbs) a banana, granola bar and handful of peanuts. ( yes, this was a damn meal )

    Meal 3: Took 3rd Supremacy pill Now don't judge me guys... I was lured into Wingstop. Couldnt help it. Had 7 Piece strips 4 original hot, 3 lemon pepper, regular fries, and a Pepsi. Pretty big cheat meal huh?

    Horrible day for eating, however it didnt reflect at all on my workout

    Bi's and Tri's today. I REALLY go by feel on these, as I put less importance on them. I do, however, always push myself. Routine went as follows

    I am very happy with my new PR on Deads. I know it's not an amazing amount of weight, but we all know any strength improvement is one we will take. I will be shooting for my 1 rep max on these soon.

    Thanks man! I really want to do this right, as it is my first log. And as far as my back is concerned, it has always been a strength of mine. I only wish I could get my legs and chest to match. That along with mastering symmetry is my goal at the moment. If there is anything I should add to this log, (I am going to try and add vids of my workouts soon), let me know!

    Another thing, sorry about all the retarded fonts changing every paragraph. For some reason they keep doing that as i am typing. Does anyone know if this is some sort of glitch? The font size and type will randomly change. See Day 5 for example.
