    Won a bottle of 2 Shredded in FL3X's giveaway about a month ago, and I'm finally clear for the log.

    Weight: 180 lbs.
    Height: 5 ft. 11 inches.
    Diet: Starting Keto (CKD), first cut.
    BF%: ~17-19.
    Training Schedule: 5 days a week, starting tomorrow. Layne Norton's PHAT program. Cardio of some sort every other day.
    I'll throw up a before picture in a couple of days.

    2 Shredded is working, helps me suppress my appetite. I just wish it would make me not want carbs, lol.
    Energy is okay, tomorrow is loading day though. That'll be fun.
    Sweating a lot, more than usual. Thermogenic effect?

    I have to agree on carbs...they seem like the only real weapon for getting rid of that hunger feeling.
