Hey guys first off id liek to thank AI and especially John Smeton for letting me log this product. I had heard great things about this product and seen my boy TINY make some awsoem gains with it. Needless to say i am so pumped (no pun intended haha) to start this product Up until now i have been usingso I will also compare my results with slin sane with my results with
today was myfirst day back on a typical odybuilding diet, have been doing lean gains for a while now....i liked it but i wanna see how a constand intake of calories helps my gym performance instead of usually training fasted......i noticed today i was hungry alot which sucked dunno if its with teh rises and fall of insulin cause of more meals or simply my metabolism goin nuts. Im at 3300 calories on lift days, and "off" days will vary....tomrorow is an off day but i will be doing abs and calves and porlbably some cardio so cals will be around 2800...only about 100 carbs and the rest from fat and protein.
I also plan to carb cycle and try to put my high carb days (350) on leg days, which will be sunday! moderate carb days are 200 and low are 100.....proteins hel steady at 290 and fats will in the rest!!
