This is my new log regarding the pre-workout supplement Beast Mode. Tonight's workout was the first time taking this "nasty" stuff and after taking it I started feeling like I literally had the "creepy crawlies" on me!! Even though it wasn't the most pleasant tasting thing I have drank, it gave me more energy and I was able to lift more then usual!! So, I guess it was good in that aspect!!! I'll continuing taking it until I run out and hopefully, it will taste better the next go around since I used more water then I was supposed too!!!! Wish me luck!!!!!!

The "creepy crawlies" would probably be what's called the "Beta-alanine tingles." Not everyone gets them and some get them at first but then they start to fade the more they use a BA product. Some, myself included, tend to enjoy those BA "creepy crawlies!" Lol! As far as the taste, you could also mix it in a juice to mask it a little and shoot it down quickly. Best wishes on your log!

I wish I was some of the ones that didn't get them! I was scratching and smacking myself (onlychevy6 and the little one were laughing at me)!! I sure hope you are right about them fading the more I take it!!! I put 12 ounces of water by mistake instead of 8-10!!!! oops!!!!!

You're crazy! hehehe... I had the fruit punch flavor which wasn't bad it was the after taste that was not cool!! I'm going to suck it up and continue to take this stuff since I did like that fact that I was able to lift a little heavier and seemed to have more energy!!!

You can try those Mio water flavorings and see if that helps. They don't have any additives and the flavors are pretty awesome.

Today I gave her some AI raspberry bcaa with the beast mode she seemed to like it better

So, tonight was day two of taking the Beast Mode. This time I put 10oz not 12 and added some raspberry BCAA that I also tried for the first time! It some what helped with the taste however, I still felt like I had "creepy crawlies" all over me!! By the time, I was done working out I was sweaty and starving like I haven't eaten in days!!! My strength before taking it was ok but I have been able to lift a little heavier since I have been taking it! As far as, endurance, it seems to be helping as I'm able to do more "reps" during the workout and I'm not "dead" tired!!

Yes, but that stuff is nasty and I don't like the "tingles"! I feel like I have "creepy crawlies" all over me!! Jeff (onlychevy6) says I am a baseball player calling plays since I am scratching etc. lol

Tonight's workout has changed AGAIN... With Jeff (onlychevy6) training to do the Warrior Dash in March and me thinking about attempting to do it in April he has us doing this crazy @$$ workout! I thought I was going to fall over once I was done and even drank Beast Mode mixed with BCAA!!

oh heck no it is funnier than ever. But what she is not saying is she has had very solid workouts since taking this product. And her endurance has improved a good amount. She is still new at logging and is getting better at it. I am just helping her with my input from what i have noticed.

So, this evening I forgot to take Beast Mode mixed with BCAA since we were running late! :( I definitely was able to tell the difference!! By the end of my 2nd set I felt like I had no energy at all! I get tired but this was ridiculous!!! I guess the Beast Mode really does work even thought it tastes gross!!!!!
