  1. Tonight's workout has changed AGAIN... With Jeff (onlychevy6) training to do the Warrior Dash in March and me thinking about attempting to do it in April he has us doing this crazy @$$ workout! I thought I was going to fall over once I was done and even drank Beast Mode mixed with BCAA!!

    oh heck no it is funnier than ever. But what she is not saying is she has had very solid workouts since taking this product. And her endurance has improved a good amount. She is still new at logging and is getting better at it. I am just helping her with my input from what i have noticed.

  14. Once again last night before working out I took the Beast Mode mixed with BCAA (lemon flavor)! I'm happy to report that last night was the first night I didn't get the "creepy crawlies" after taking it!! Yay go me!!! Below is the workout....

  17. So, this evening I forgot to take Beast Mode mixed with BCAA since we were running late! I definitely was able to tell the difference!! By the end of my 2nd set I felt like I had no energy at all! I get tired but this was ridiculous!!! I guess the Beast Mode really does work even thought it tastes gross!!!!!

  23. Took the Beast Mode with BCAA as usual. I'm still getting the "creepy crawlies" and the taste isn't getting better!! UGH!!! You would think I would be used to the taste and the "creepy crawlies" would go away since I have taking this for a few weeks now!!!!
