Counting calories is really easy when you take the time to plan out all your meals, not to mention the fast results that make you dial in even more!

    Good luck!

well, looks like my workouts have taken a big hit. I was traveling last week for work to michigan, and looks like I came back with a cold. I've been coughing, running light fever, congested, etc so haven't been able to hit the gym. On the plus side, i'm also barely eating (but making sure I still hit protein at 1+g/lb) so i'm dropping off weight fast too. oh well.

finally back to the gym today, decided to do some TUT work.

    flat smith press tempo 6030 110x10 110x10 110x10 110x9
    incline smith tempo 6030 110x8 110x9 110x8 110x7
    decline db press tempo 6030 50x7 50x6 50x4 50x4
    machine fly tempo 30x0 70x15 70x15 70x15
    preacher curl tempo 8030 55x15 55x15 55x12 55x10

the decline presses hurt my shoulder, I think it was more that limiting my reps than weight, but a little hard to tell as I haven't done any declines in a long time. not too bad a workout after almost 2 weeks off.

Between work, kids and wife being stock, etc didn't maker it back to the gym till today still doing tut.

    Flat Smith bench tempo 60x0 120*12 120*11 120*9 120*8
    hammer pullover tempo 80x0 90*15 90*14 90*11 90*6
    Incline Smith press tempo 80x0 110*12 110*13 110*9 110*8
    Cable drag curls tempo 80x0 60*15 60*14 60*14 60*13
Thick rope pushdowns normal speed 150*15 150*13 150*6
then I went to do cable crossovers on the free standing machine with movable arms and my shoulder hurt so bad on the first rep I gave up. I was mostly out of energy too. The shoulder started hurting some after the first few flat press sets, but it want too bad till the crossovers

today was TUT for legs, damn its brutal

hack squat tempo 80x0 90x12 90x12 90x12 90x11 (that last set was worse than doing 360 as regular hack squats)
    seated leg curl tempo 80x0 65x12 65x13 65x12 65x13
    seated calf raise tempo 12 0x0 70x14 70x12 70x12 70x11

and I was done. ready to throw up as I was leaving, and still feeling that way an hour later.

    Today was chest

incline bb 135x10 185x7 185x8 205x5 and fail, had to get 2 guys over to get the bar off me 155x7
    hammer seated flat press 90x15 90x15 90x15 90x14
    standing overhead rope triceps extensions 80x10 80x10 80x10 80x11
seated fly machine - total fail, inner bicep tendon (the one partially torn) hurt too much on the first rep to continue
    ez bar preacher curl - 60x15 60x15 60x14 60x14

pretty nice workout. I'm going to use this picture taken today as the end picture, as i've got 1 day of erase left, and maybe a few more of anabeta.

Particularly given me missing over a week of the gym and eating well, I feel like the combination of erase and anabeta gave nice results. Strength is up a bit, and so is definition. Vascularity has stayed about the same. Shirts are tighter at the chest and shoulders, while pants are the same at the waist. Weight today was 198, so thats with being down by 6lbs over the month. Overall a nice one month run of the products.

excellent results bro. I'm almost done with the first bottle of erase pro, but I snagged a 2nd bottle from a guy on the boards here. Gonna run that 2nd bottle with AnaBeta and Alpha-T2

I might pick up another bottle of erase pro if I see some at the Arnold. Starting Monday I'll be using fat free from applied nutraceuticals for the final Weeks up to the Arnold. I'm not actually working a booth, so its all just for fun

I like the formulation, I'm thinking it should be good along with the intermittent fasting. If I was a littler leaner to start with I'd use eviscerate with it. But I'm too chubby still.

Easy, do you work your shoulders regularly? I dont see any shoulder work lately, definitely helps give the W-I-D-E look.

Dont worry about the Inc fail, saw a young teen miss the re-rack on benching and dropped the bar on him and then the wts falling off . . . fortunately he only had 10lbs on each side. For sure it is worse getting a FAIL with a 65lb bench press

No shoulder work, mostly because of my shoulder issues. besides the partial tendon tear, there is some impingement and I forget what else. Overall my chiropractor suggests I avoid shoulder work, or at least all that has elbows go higher than shoulders

yesterday did back and caving in to peer pressure some shoulder work

    behind neck pulldowns 140x12 140x10 140x9 140x8
    behind back upright rows on smith - 70x12 70x12 70x12 70x11
    hammer high rows 90x15 140x12 140x10 140x10
military press 65x15 65x15 65x14 65x13 - ok really low weight, but i'm cautious about my shoulder. this was down to hitting chest at least
    hammer low rows 180x9 180x10 180x9 180x7

was a nice workout, ended up stopping there because my forearms were so pumped I didn't feel like I could manage to do arms
