Hey Guys, I've recently won a contest with "Applied Nutriceuticals"
Which I've Recieved a tub of there Pre-workout called "Lit-Up"
I've only read good things about this product so i was very excited when i won.
Little bit about myself real quick!
18 yrs old.
184lbs
405-bench, 435-deadlift, 365-squat
Bodybuilder (1st competition in May 2012) The "Mr.Pittsburgh"
lifted since i was 12 but serious since i was 15, and eatting seriously since i was 17.

Taste: Awesome... i got the Cherry Citrus and dam was it Citrus and tasted like Cherry!
due to the fact it was "free" and i didnt buy it, i did 2.5 scoops my 1st serving because
i like to go hard like that right out the bat if i bought it, id be doing 1 scoop cuz im
sucha bum when it comes to spending money!
Focus: Definately there, i did not take "Yoked" with it due to the fact i wanted to see
how this product stood on its own. I was very much in the zone, "eye" focus staring at the weights
"blood thirsty" type of zone! Good Shizz!!
Energy: Bro, i was boppin around everyone, doing drop-sets, super-sets, tri-sets like it was nothing
with enough energy to hit up some hardcore abs at the end which i normally blow off cuz im too hungry/tired.
Loved the energy from this product, bettter then a bunch of my previous preworkouts.
