Hey Guys, I've recently won a contest with "Applied Nutriceuticals"
Which I've Recieved a tub of there Pre-workout called "Lit-Up"
I've only read good things about this product so i was very excited when i won.

Little bit about myself real quick!
18 yrs old.
184lbs
405-bench, 435-deadlift, 365-squat
Bodybuilder (1st competition in May 2012) The "Mr.Pittsburgh"
lifted since i was 12 but serious since i was 15, and eatting seriously since i was 17.

Accually took my 1st dosage of this stuff earlier today during my arm workout.
Day Numero Uno![/CENTER]

Taste: Awesome... i got the Cherry Citrus and dam was it Citrus and tasted like Cherry!
due to the fact it was "free" and i didnt buy it, i did 2.5 scoops my 1st serving because
i like to go hard like that right out the bat :) if i bought it, id be doing 1 scoop cuz im
sucha bum when it comes to spending money!

Focus: Definately there, i did not take "Yoked" with it due to the fact i wanted to see
how this product stood on its own. I was very much in the zone, "eye" focus staring at the weights
"blood thirsty" type of zone! Good Shizz!!

Energy:
Bro, i was boppin around everyone, doing drop-sets, super-sets, tri-sets like it was nothing
with enough energy to hit up some hardcore abs at the end which i normally blow off cuz im too hungry/tired.
Loved the energy from this product, bettter then a bunch of my previous preworkouts.

Felt Very good! curious on how this stuff will hold up tomorrow with legs :)

Will i squat then P*ussy out on stiff legged deads, cuz im too tired?

Quick update before I head out to help
The fam, hit chest yesterday instead of legs cuz my spotter for chest say wouldn't be able to make it today (Sunday) so got legs today and hit chest yesterday. Ima go a big run through tonight after the workout!

Felt Awesome, this was a latenight lift, i usually do Flat bench then drag out my workout, but
energy level/focus was definately there and didnt get fatigue as quickly as i used to (enerygy) wise.

Welp, i managed to do Stiff Leg deads, for the 1st time in a long time
cuz i always say ima do em, but end up having no energy after squats/leg press.
but definately has the energy, and still had the energy after the deadlifts!!

Even hit up some :rare: cardio at the end, i say rare cuz i never do it but i
had to take advantage of this energy i had!! You guys definately made a pretty
awesome preworkout! :)

Quick update. Today was an off day, but just wanna say... WOW. This some pretty legit. Energy and Focus is through the roof!!

Hittin shoulders tomorrow. Praying for 100lb dumbbell 90 degree shoulder press for 6!! Well see how it goes, hopefully

Rack up another PR for Lit-up!!!

315x8 on squats.
Did dropset of 315-225-135 on last set of squat and dam did it kill!! But felt good!!

Lovin this stuff!!
