12 hours ago I took my first scoop of Craze, I had a couple of servings
left of another prewo but tomorrow would've been low volume,
and I wanted to test it in the more complete and complex
wo day: Traps/UpperBack/Shoulders.
With this workout I start with very high volume, big weights
on the shrugs, upper back sets, DC protocol implementation, tons of burn sets/supersets,
quite a variety of exercises, to end with high reps and less weight
for the last sets on shoulders.
Perfect to test a new prewo.

Let's start saying:

This product is - hands down - THE best prewo I've ever tried,
And I tried a lot.

AK47's review of DRIVEN SPORTS CRAZE

image_prodprod590046_white450px.jpg

Taste: who gives a damn?!?!
With what it does
to me it could taste like monkey a## and I woulnd't care
Tastes like grape

Mixability: really? Whatever.
I would swallow it without water even if it was glass paper residue
to get the effects I got today, but it mixes just fine.

Focus/Nootropic:
First thing I wrote was "let's start with the best part",
then I thought about the workout and there's no way
this, or the energy or the focus can be considered the best
or the least noticeable or effective side.
It works as a whole, synergy and balance between its benefits
are just plain *perfect*
After 10 minutes from the ingestion a barely noticeable "waves"
hit my mind, no rush, no jitter, something at first (being the first dose)
I could not explain and I cannot better describe (now) as a door in my
mind opening.
I couldn't wait 30 min so I went in and started the warm up.
There's no way I'll be able to put down in words what this thing
does, really, but I'll try.

You're alone with yourself, NOTHING matters but your next set,
your next rep, the focus is just incredible, concentration is off the hook
and it's *good*, you're not distracted, you don't fix a random spot on
the wall, you don't waste ONE SECOND between sets, you are a machine,
programmed to do what you have to do in the most efficient way possible.
And you do it. Your mind KNOWS that you can do anything and it MAKES your
body follow your will, which is stronger than ever.
There's no rage and no useless aggression, that will waste energy,
you gather all you have, calmly, and you explode it on the sets.
Steady, strong, perfect form, mind-muscle connection NEVER leaves you
not even for one split second.

What it does is: it takes DOUBT away. You know you're gonna lift that,
you know you're stronger than anything can be put on the rack, there is no doubt
in your head.
Someone compared it to the movie "limiteless", that's dead on.
There's a new you in the gym and you really wonder how the hell you did
workout without it before.
I react in a weird way to some nootropics, but here, there wasn't even a trace
of a bad side effect, just perfect concentration and focus, addressed to the workout.
At first, I was paying attention to its effects being the first time I tired it,
but after few minutes into the wo I started to forget that and "work with it"
and that's when you really SEE the tunnel. Workout will never be the same now.

Energy/Recovery:
Your mind can do anything, but what about your body?
I broke something like 5 PR in one session, I added so many reps and sets and threw in
so many exercises today that I can't even start to count.
My sessions are long, this one was just slightly longer than usual but my efficency was
something just unbelievable.
There was no fu#king around, no distractions and the strength..
I don't know how to describe that, I push myself - for those who don't know my habits
and routines - to oblivion usually, more often then not almost passing out and ending
on the floor every wo. So if you asked me before today I would have told you
I'm at my max, I cannot push myself more than this there is no way, I make SURE about it
everyday or I don't leave the gym.
I was wrong. If i tell you the weight increases I experienced today you won't believe me,
same for reps. My previous PR on BB shrug became a 10 reps sets.
I did the whole routine almost TWO times, because I was keep adding sets, and reps and
not feeling tired at all.

Was I stimulating the muscles or just moving weight?
For me is ALL about stimulation, I don't care about the weight,
I need to feel the muscle work the way I know or weight just don't matter.
Today I squeezed every fibre of my muscle AT EVERY REP. Something I really hope
you all experience because it was orgasmic.

Recovery: What is that?
There was no recovery because there was no fatigue.
There was just going thru an exercise to another.
I actually sat THREE times only for a total amount of probably 3 minutes.
Not believable. I picked up the weight and I was expecting a certain resistance,
it just WASN'T THERE. Hence, I kept adding and adding..
No panting, just precise maximum muscle stimulation.
After 12 hours from the wo (when I'm writing this)
I can also add the following: ZERO crash, quote the opposite.
Despite this is my third heavy volume day (chest/tri, deadlift/squats/abs, Traps/UpperBack/Shoulders) I felt full of energy for the rest of the day, not only, my concentration at work was great I was very productive and
just got tons of sh#t done! What one could ask more than this?

Pump: I couldn't care less, and I DIDN'T care during nor after the wo,
I didn't care how I looked, I just wanted to go on. With that said,
my shoulders were so puffed up that the seam of my shirt was on my TRAPS
instead of on my delts. The product itself doesn't pump you up, YOU PUMP
yourself up.
This product throw the whole concept of pump straight in the bin and opens up
a whole new game. Really.

Side Effects:
None. I read few posts speaking of hart rate speeding or blurred vision,
none of that I experienced. My heart rate was perfect, blood was flowing
nicely and my whole body felt just empowered.
I had 10 seconds of some sort of blurred vision at the beginning when the "wave"
hit me, barely noticeable, and like I said, 10 seconds, not even.
Actually I think about that as something I will look forward to, it wasn't annoying,
for me (knowing now what it is) is the signal that you entered the zone.

Price/Serving:
One FLAT scoop, nothing added for the best
workout of my life. 'nuff said. 11/10

Overall Experience:
This is by far, the best SUPPLEMENT I've ever tried in 10+ years of training,
and I tried a lot. It simply puts to shame the whole market, for the most part
built on hype with no real results.
In a time in which you have to GUESS what most products are doing to you -
because they just don't work but you want to believe they do - this makes me
look at my self full of product in a different way.
This is the PROOF that is possible to enhance your performance to a whole
new level, in a way I couldn't even imagine would be possible.
Is the SINGLE PRODUCT that made the biggest, most noticeable difference/improvement
among all the products, stacks, protocols, bs that I've tried so far.
Hands down, Craze is a revolution in the supplements market.
I feel sorry for whoever seems not to respond in the same way I did to this,
because this is not just a step up in terms or results and performance:
Craze renewd my love and passion for training.

Chapeau to Driven Sports, a brand that already had my respect,
a brand that sees Lean Xtreme in its line which was already my fav
fat burner and one of the top 3 overall sups for me, with Craze,
you really did something guys, what you achieved with this product
is remarkable.

Sounds amazing but do these effects last through your entire bottle or diminish with continued use?. I'm interested.

I just took one scoop so far, I suppose that is best to cycle it (1 or 2 tubs and break?)
as pretty much any other sup, but I think it would be safe to say
if DS put it out is because is perfect, even in that aspect

Ok my second workout with Craze.
Today was Back day. Volume and failure are usually the lite motif
of this (errr... every?) day.

Took 1 flat scoop 40 min and BCAA 10gr 20min after/20min before starting the wo.
I will start saying that each and every (awesome) effect that I've experienced in the first day have
been confirmed, which re-reading my first review would def be "'nuff said" :D
but I wanna go into some details that I noticed.

First thing is an advice I meant to write in the first review but I forgot: with Craze (more than any other
sup/prewo I noticed) you NEED to keep yourself hydrated all the time.
I don't know if it's just me but my body does require plain *water* when on Craze.
I sip my 15gr of BCAA during the wo in a 700ml shaker, and usually I have to add water to it
a coupla times because my sessions are very long. So let's say usually I drink at LEAST
1.5liters of liquid during my wo, sometimes more.

With Craze I felt the need of plain water, so I got another shaker for it.
I noticed as soon as I didn't drink for a while my performance was leaning to fatigue,
drinking water (or the bcaa) was immediately getting me back on track 100%.
Listen to your body, who took Craze already knows how easy that is since your mind is
really connected with it.

This last line brings me to another detail worth mentioning, and a difference between this
wo and the previous with Craze (Traps/UpperBack/Shoulders): while the previous sees a great variety of exercises, spin off, different grips, high volume sets followed by supersets etc.. on Back day
is mostly volume, big weights, solid, compound movements. It's somehow slower.
I mentioned the first wo there was pretty much no rest, very lil, because there was no fatigue really,
well this one was a bit different.
With the really high volume and the compound exercises your body tells you exactly how much to
rest and when to hit the weights again in order to be able to generate the force you need,
with that said, recovery is still much faster than without Craze, like a lot faster.
The mind-body connection is something really hard to explain.
You *know* exactly the rythm of the workout, and it's pretty much steady the whole time.
Even the music plays a role here, I felt going for heavy and slow stuff to better fit
the mood and the workout.
It might sound silly but is not. If you work with Craze (as opposed to mentally waiting for it to
do the job for you, which it'll happen anyway..) the effect is enhanced.

As I said, I confirm my first experience with it 100%, so no need to go over it again,
I hit a PR on V-bar BB row, went over my previous by 20lbs, weights went up
on every heavy exercise, more reps, more sets.. I am just plain stronger, much stronger.

Someone said is a calm storm, well it is. You pay extreme attention to the form,
and holy hell the muscle stimulation is really something, even for someone like me (and most of us)
that usually does pay attention to form and mind-muscle connection, I've never felt this bonded before.

Today I really pushed myself, like overload pushing, because I wanted to see were the hell was "the wall"
because I couldn't seem to find it. I stopped after a ridiculously heavy, negative-focused, set of 1 arm DB rows,
when the pain was excruciating (love that) and I almost passed out as soon as I dropped the weight.
I can't even start to tell you how much I loved it. (if it wasn't clear, I like to annihilate my own self, f#ck the protocols, and the "out of the gym in one hour because of test/cortisol bla bla.. I like it this way)
Training became much more fun for me.

? not sure i'm following you on the carb thing
I meant during wo, absolutely necessary with Craze much more than with anything else
to make sure you drink plenty of water. The performance itself is affected by this in my experience

Easy does it big fella. You can't push yourself 100 percent every workout or you will end up over-training. Are you sure the feeling of being about to pass out is not from the craze raising your blood pressure too high compounded by the increase in blood pressure from exercise?

Oh no, I'm sure it wasn't craze, I'm very familiar with the feeling.
It happens to me at least once every two weeks, especially on back day or deadlift day
For some reason, my back is the body part that lately (since my Ebol run a month and half ago)
showed the biggest change, it got *inches* bigger and weights on heavy back exercises went
up like crazy, couple that with the fact that I love to feel pain on my back (as opposed to leg pain which
is almost crippling, ya know.. you walk around like you need the bathroom badly lol)
but I do that, I overload a lot.. Explode in the positive and then drag the negative until I really can't take it
anymore, and sometimes I do get light headed..

This specific one was last set of 1 arm DB row, I love that one (speaking of dragging the neg)
and today I went up with weights on all sets, ended up in the last one with 158lbs dumbbell
(weight converted from Kg so it might be a lil off, 72 Kg), not much for the big guys
but that's my weight, did 4 rep x arm, then DC protocol, picked it up again
after a rest-pause and there you go.
Actually, now that I think about it, when that happens is almost always with the DC
rest-pause rep(s), bad ass technique tho', it really tears you apart.

But I don't go 101% every wo, on Wednesday I have low volume :D

Makes sense, altho' for me they make a hell of a difference in recovery and endurance
during wo.

For BCAA i've been always sticking to this: I buy 3Kg/tubs bulk unflavored and 3Kg/tubs of Xtend,
then I mix them 1:1. This way I get 6Kg of flavored BCAA and save some cash :)

Actually, Xtend flavors are so strong for me than even 2 scoops
in a 700ml shaker is too strong, so yeah.. win win for me.

You guys wait for me to have the time to tell you details about Sunday's workout: Chest day, my favorite.

I don't do 1RM really, for me my 1RM is what I can lift in the last heavy set for the compound movement of the given day,
flat bench press in this case.
For now I will just say this: I mentioned before that I was hitting my triceps twice a week lately,
Sun and Wed because they were holding me back on my bench press,
I hit a plateau, it was more than a month that I was aiming for 3 plates and couldn't do it.

Well, yesterday weights went up for all the sets, and my "old" max/heaviest one - my 5th - became a steady 5 reps (usually 2),
the 5th went from 270lbs to 292lbs, 2 steady rep + 1/2. Rest-pause and another one..

Weights don't lie. This is real strength increase in my book.

But there's more, on both the wo and the appetite, since Sun is also my
refeed day. Update later..

Ok so 3rd and 4th workout with Craze.
Sunday and Monday. Chest/Tris and today Deadlift/Squats/Abs

To VERY high volume days, they are so close to each other because
chest day is my refeed, that starts pwo Sun so it's not only used for
glycogen restore for that high volume wo but also used as energy
the next day. Hard, nonetheless.

And yet.. Craze was magic again, chest day is my fav day
I destroy myself that day and Craze just gave me the best
chest day of my life.

To report:
effects were still 100%, no changes, is not diminished
insane focus and REAL strength increase.
As mentioned in my previous post, I was stuck on bench press
and yet, (i copy/paste):
weights went up for all the sets, and my "old" max/heaviest one - my 5th -
became a steady 5 reps (usually 2), the 5th went from 270lbs to 292lbs,
2 steady rep + 1/2. Rest-pause and another one..

My DB press went up, my flys went up, recovery was again so much better,
no messing around, not one sec wasted, I was feeling the whole time like a
machine, effective, precise, calm..
I incorporate DC but my rest-pause reps and my supersets became
ridiculously heavy (for being supersets or weight drop sets) and I
stopped counting reps once I was over what I do usually.. Crazy good.
DOMS from chest wo are so intense, it feels awesome!

Today I totally *could* have hit a new PR on deadlift, but I didn't go for it.
The reason because I'm so sure is I hit my PR on dead in a *perfect* day
something like a month ago or so and never been able to repeat it (2 reps),
today I went for the same weight and not only I did 3 reps, but I purposely *GRINDED*
the second and the third! I had total control of the BB and I was feeling unstoppable.
But I didn't want to wear myself out too much after yesterday AND that.. (even because
I went lightheaded at some point and didn't feel like passing out)
So I just went for DC, drop weight sets and finished my routine with added sets and reps
and more weight in other exercises.

About the appetite:
I didn't notice up until Sun any change in appetite while using Craze,
but I stay in cal deficit 6 days a week and I do warrior diet, so it's hard,
I can handle hunger very well, but it's also hard to feel LESS hungry with this
protocol.
But Sunday, my refeed (which is still small, I just started not long ago
doing refeed because I was having problems digesting carbs) my goal
was 300gr CHO, 50gr LESS protein than any other day and fats at traces.
So still not much but usually I'm able to eat that much, well yesterday I had
the hardest time to stick to the plan, after only 150gr of carbs I was feeling so
full and had NO appetite at all for the rest of the day. I did eat, but I totally
forced myself because I wasn't hungry at all. Maybe just a coincidence,
maybe not. but that's it.

Crappy chest camera shots follows, I'm posting it because of the pump argument:
the day before chest day I eat ZERO carb to get completely depleted before the refeed
so I'm usually flat and it's hard to get pumped (hard to begin with when you're in low carb)
and the refeed begins AFTER my wo, and yet..

You are super ripped. Its all from the craze!. I've heard/read about some disturbing side effects with this product though, like vision disturbances and extreme anxiety....Still I'd like to try it, but I'd start at 1/4 of the dosage. AK, you are really making me want to purchase a whole tub though. It would kinda suck though if I purchased a whole tub and I responded with the anxiety and vision disturbances. Maybe in two-three weeks when I possibly catch up on bills.

Am i the only one to feel nothing on Craze ?
I took craze one hour after my last meal, but it did nothing to me, it was chest day, the bar was as heavy as usual.
I'm not saying I should have expected to bench like twice much than usual but no even a slight increase in strength...
Is it because I used less than 8oz of water ?

lol no let's be real, it's not all from Craze man ahah, it's from years of hardcore training and dieting :D
Would be nice tho' to get one magic scoop and not to have to do anything else lol
Nonetheless, Craze IS the best supplement I've tried to date and it DID increase
my strength and my performance like no single product or stack did before

I've never experienced any side effect with it at one flat scoop, nothing at all
I take it on empty, I wo fasted (only BCAA pre/intra/pwo)

I read few people having minor blurred vision problems and even less some anxiety.
If you think how many people took Craze, most likely the % is lower than most supplements,
with that said, who knows.. You gotta try on yourself I guess.

According to what you read around if not the only one, one of the few people.
Water has most likely nothing to do with it, I took it 4 times with more and less water
and it made no difference.
Dunno, is not that I'm an expert on the thing, i'm no rep or something I'm just posting my
experience with it, which has been nothing but great so far

The positive effects that people have been speaking of, remind me of my experience with Adderall in the late 90's. Though I wasn't lifting, I was using it as a study aid. I was focused, on the ball, and nothing distracted me while I intently studied. Its dry mouth effect on me made me want to drink water, so I would deliberately take over a table in one of the university buildings that was next to a water fountain and bathroom. Does Craze also provide a small euphoric sensation when it begins to kick in?

When I'd be done with my tests, I remember how I'd come home and watch TV... and I'd be so keen on watching that I would sit up perfectly straight until the point it either hurt or the focus wore off.

In any event, I am a big fan of nootropics, and something like this sounds damn near ideal for someone like myself - whose thinking ability and focus is weaksauce in the mornings.

No euphoric feeling for me, more like you feel like you're on a mission.

But while the nootropic effect and the concentration are just perfect for me (not too much,
no weird side effects) I'd like to point out the actual increase in strength and performance.
Now I read around and it seems not many people got such boost like I did, I'm very "mental"
with my wo so that's most like why, but still, weights don't lie.. But goddamn I'm happy :D

Aw that's sad :D
Yes, the thing kicks some serious ass.
I had my 5th wo with it today, with this I took it for 3 days straight, 5 wo overall.
This is what I understood about it: DS just *tailored* this one for ME lol.
If you're mind affects your wo as much as mine does, this is dangerously good.
My wo have never been this satisfying, this for me translates in better mood,
better relationship with food and waaay less urge to find the next supplement that
"will give me an edge".
But I understood one very important thing: I am NOT gonna use it every day/every wo
I push myself way too much otherwise.
Today was traps/upperback/shoulders and I just couldn't stop working out,
my lower back was literally *killing* me from yesterday (deadlift) and I still
have DOMS on my chest from Sunday. This is the result of three days of Craze
in a row. You know how extreme I am, but I tell you, dosing it everyday I'm gonna
wear myself out like no tomorrow.
So I will probably dose it 3/4 times a week, leaving at least two wo days out
(use a stim free on those) so to give my body the time to recover.
Also cost effective for me, 4 scoop a week and happy? Hell yes, my three tubs
will last me forever!

I won't tell you how long my session was today, seriously, I'm ashamed lol

I watched a little of a show called "True Life" on MTV this weekend and the guy was training 8 hours on some days so his manager (he was a fitness model) advised him to speak with a therapist. At least AutoKal47 is more moderate than that guy!

:(
I bought Craze after hearing the enthusiastic endorsements on SHR. It should be here tomorrow. I'll try to remember to let you guys know how I like it.

LOL, yeah, me, too. It was doubly hilarious because I just recently saw that flick, "Limitless". Thanks for the reps last time, btw.

So, today took place the only wo I hadn't tested Craze with, behold: legs :D (and abs, just a lil bit)

I really wish for all of you guys to feel like I feel on this product.

I'm not going to praise it again, I did it enough already and it will sound like I'm pimpin'
which I'm not.

I just wanna give some more hopefully useful info

I took craze for three days (on) straight, Sun, Mon and Tue, three *high* volume days
broke PR like no tomorrow on those three days etc.. crazy.
I mentioned before that this prewo allows me to push myself to a level I didn't even imagine
possible, and since I already push myself a lot both with training and diet I immediately
understood that FOR ME the best way to use it was 3 or 4 times a week, switching days
or I'd have ended up with some injury (not due to the prewo, due to my protocol and intensity level,
simply my mind is convinced that my body has no limits)

Now while doing that I kinda overtrained my lower back and yesterday I of course didn't take it
(arms and abs, low volume day) but my back was hurting quite a lot.
Today I wasn't sure to be able to perform my legs routine, until I took it and simply had the
best legs wo ever.

Incredible how with Craze you pay attention to the form, but is not exactly that: you FEEL
what's the best variation of exercise in a given moment you have to do in order to stimulate
the muscle in the best way possible. Whether is a different grip, or a different angle, position etc..
Is like your mind never listened to your body in such way, never had this "direct line" with it.
Fantastic.

Done, that's it, best product I've ever tried to date, hands down.

I acquired some and put it to the test this morning. Every day, I experience an energy lull - almost like a mini sugar crash. It crops up 1-2 hours after I take my morning walk. So, while experiencing the usual drag, I cracked open my Craze and poured maybe 4/5 of a scoop into some water. That was around 9:25-ish this morning. My commute is about 30 to 45 minutes but I didn't experience anything until about an hour later, after I got to work. I was in the middle of some stuff and it just hit. There was the realization, "oh, I'm alert now."

I don't feel cracked out, nor is my heart racing. I also haven't eaten since about 8:30pm last night, and I'm not suffering at the moment. Very positive thus far.

There was a blunted anxious feeling, but it pretty much dissipated about a half hour after I began to feel the effects. That has to be due to the PEA.
