    man, im getting good rest, but am just counting down the days to vacation, im just feeling burnt out.

    I'll still be working out in nam, just using calisthenics. getting ready to go hit up chest/back today.

  6. update, really starting to notice some slimming, updates for the next couple weeks will be slim, as im in vietnam. but brought a fresh bottle of hgh pro with me to take before bed, and a bottle of sns daa, (as well as picamilon & erase)

    Funny enough I been changing up my work outs to include this a bit.
    Dips, push ups, pull ups....

  8. I recently started mixing my casein whey into Plain Greek Yogurt so I can avoid fluids close to bedtime. This seems to be helping TREMENDOUSLY in terms of not waking up to take a leak.

  10. So, took some picamilon and hgh pro before I worked out today, didn't feel sleepy or have any less energy than normal, noticed I sweated a bit more than normal though, like if I was doing cardio.

    When I logged LG Ghenerate I dosed it pre-workout and experienced the same effect: increased sweating. Curious how it could affect the workout and recovery if dosed that way long-term.

  18. well, i took 4 caps pre w/o last week, and didn't notice any added fatigue, just a bit more sweating. which i didn't notice doing the same w/o, without the product.

    been eating a bit more since i've been here, my mother in law is feeding us like ever 3-4 hours.....but, suprisingly, im staying pretty vascular, maybe even more so than a few weeks ago.

    no scale here, so i cant check my weight. will be curious to see what it is when i get back home.

    I experienced extreme sweating when I dosed Ghenerate pre-workout. So this sounds reasonable. Still wondering if it affects the workout enough to use 4 caps pre & 4 caps at bedtime

  20. i've started something a little different.

    now i am waiting to take my hgh pro. when i get up to go tinkle, then im taking it, and layback down and go to sleep.

  21. took 8 caps the night before last, and was knocked the fcuk out.tried to bust out the chest training from when i was 19, 5 sets of 20 (each), incline, flat & decline p-ups, then dips.didn't make it through 3 sets of 20 incline, then had to finish it out at 15, then 10. noticing a bit of flab in the midsection (more than usual) so am going to cut back on all the rice, pasta, noodles, sweets, and try to keep it strictly chicken and veggies.

  22. tomarrow is my last day here, leave for america at 10pm tomarrow. 9hr layover in bejing, china. gonna be stacking the hgh pro, wall mart brand sleep pill, and picamillon for a good sleep

  24. back in the states now, man my sleep is all fcuked up. wife an i both woke up at 1 am, wide awake. so we tried to stay up until like nine tonight (az) but i ended up taking a 3hr nap at about 3pm.

    could be just in my head, but taking this stuff before sex seems to really enhance the experience.

  30. yea, i think finally. yesterday i was up from 4am-11pm, and slept all night until 10am this morning. so think im finally back on track.

    I was thinking up bumping it up to 6-8 caps e/n, but well now that i seem to be sleeping normally again, i'll continue on with 4 e/n and re-asses next week or so.

    I started using erase pro (1 cap e/d), and today decided to use the endo amp & toco 8 (from pp) i have also.
