  1. Same pay, little better hours and going to be working the service. Repair on dishwashers, gas equipments, steam, slicers, mixers... anything in the commmercial kitchen. I am bringing my HVAC skills to the table and hopefully be doing some cooler work reachins and freezers. My friend works there and they are a very good company he has been making some great money and been there 5 yrs+ I have been at my job 2.5...and before that I was a Property ops supervisor at a country club 5.5yrs. money aint getting up fast enough but I hope this time I get payed!

  7. Funny how much people appiciate you when your gone/leaving. Its crazy if I mean that much to you then fight for me to stay, instead all I get is "gotta do whatcha gotta do". So I will be missed at my old job, hello new career. will be doing resturant equipment service, with the hopes that they move into refrigeration. so far everything looks good, on paper! so Dec. 28th will be my first day at new place....can't wait. Sucks, not going to be working with these couple of great guys the future I hope!

    Had to edit for one reason... I have been asking for a raise for over 3 months.... and a day after I tell my boss I am leaving he offers me 2 more dollars an hour... what an ass

  9. I have heard taking either protein or bcaas before sleep with hghpro should lead to a further increase in growth hormone levels. Adding the bcaas could be worth a shot.

    I have to do my research on BCAAs cause I'm not quite sure if I understand them.
    They are the molecules of protein correct? (they makeup protein?)

    Yeah out of the 20 amino acids that our genes code for BCAAs are 3 amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Most of the research focuses around leucine.

  12. Had a great workout saturady and still feeling those lower abs a burning! Woke up this morning and crick in the neck... gots to turn my whole body to look behind....really sucks. It is my scheduled two days off working out so rest and relaxation... not yet still got to get coupons and grocery list together for wife tomorrow. Hooked my self up with Omegas...75 pill count cost me -$7.00 they paid me to take them so awesome getting more tomorrow. They were 9.99 each I had a 3-7.00off and 1 5.00 off ...when I buy 3 get a 10 visa gift card. hahahaha I am so good!

  13. I have been really do good with the chest, focusing on single groups is better. I still need to get a shoulder routine that I will follow. My arms I am working tomorrow and probably legs friday, back sat and sun chest or shoulders. I should be just about recovered from legs by Sunday if not I have Monday and Tuesday off.

    Today I ate a bowl of Chex 30min before preworkout supp. then off to gym, took extra .5 scoop just to make sure.

    Really wanted to push for more but couldn't due to time. Tomorrow should be better I dont have to be at work meeting til 8am. The HGHPro is really making an impact on my sleeping habits, I am really able to focus during work. I am not as mentally tired and my body feels good. I have noticed that the days I do not workout I am a bit lazy, almost like I am in slow motion...or better yet sleeping. I really need to use energy the days after taking HGHPRO maybe the HG wanting to be unleashed... and by not allowing the beast to come out it is revitalizing waitaing for that one moment

    The HGHPro supplied by AI Sports is not a magical pill, but has some very good ideas behind it. The rest that it helps provide is very nice in its own, the extra rest/ deeper rest makes for better and faster recovery which in turn builds strong muscle! The mix that supports the HG in your system could very well be stimulated by the mix the was formulated. I have enjoyed everybit of what I explained and will be further researching how each different ingredient could benifit.

    I would have to agree with some of this! I have never been bitten by a venomous snake so I can't vouch for that one. I am happy to see this one helps with Parkinsons.

    I try to help myself understand what I am taking, I think the only thing I would really like to know are the exact mixtures of each substance so I can see how much more or less of that one would help in other ways. also your email is..... what. I wanted her to get a sample pack from you guys so she can try the recover pro... to help her eliminate some of the sugars she is consuming using sports drinks.     Little sore after yesterday, and already feeling the tri's....felt good till the end I started to get burnt. I did have an extra 20min that I had ti fill and I think it got the best of me. I managed to really pull off some PR's today and think I need to up some weights. It is almost like I haven't been pushing myself hard enough.   22. in your bench routine is your close grip < shoulder width to empahsize tri work or is it just a shoulder width grip to use different angles on the pecs?

  23. Different angles on pecs, wide med(shoulder width) and close about 12 inches apart. close grip seems to work the inner/bottom pecs better, I think.

  24. BTW my tri's are killing me. My normal want to stretch them by putting hand behind head and pulling elbow with other hand.... aint happening!

I have added a meal before workouts either a bowl of cinnamin chex or instant oatmeal. after workouts fruit and bagel with protein...workdays and nonworkdays 2oatmeal packets with fruit smoothie proteinpowder, yogurt, cottage cheese what ever I can throw in it. I have been trying to incorporate more dark greens but the wife doesnt care for more salads lately. no fast foods, carbs and protein for mostly everymeal I slowed up on the counting part only becauseI am lazy<----- at least I admit it

    Workout today was pretty good, got called out to work last night around 3 and got home to get a couple more hours sleep before getting to the gym by 730 am.

    Still the hghpro is nice I am at 179.64 lbs 2.5 gain sinceI started HGHPro and uping the cal intake by around 400cal daily

  28. So since Saturday I have already put in 39hrs... still got three more days on cal then back to normal life. I was able to get a workout in between calls this morning. Only had 3 hours sleep between yesterdays 15hrs and todays 16. I little tired. I did notice I am getting some width and mass in shoulder chest area. I am really liking what I am seeing. I have been sleeping the best I can but with work right now I cant comment on how good things are causeI am basically running on fumes. I know I willpost better in a few days!

    No last week with old job... I am on call. I gave them my 2 week notice because I knew I was on call and didn't want to mess everyone up during the holidays. I am a man of my word!
