    (NOTICE - I have recently become an Ageforce forum rep, so for the sake of honesty, I feel it is only right that I state that up front as this log involves on of their products.)

    Some of you may know that I have been engaged in a weight loss competition with OnlyChevy6 that can be found here:

    As part of that endeavor, I have recently started a 3 product stack run of IBE Epi/Finaflex 1 Andro and **** RS Transaderm. I am now in the 9th day of that run that is really starting to show some nice strength gains. (380x4 full parallel squats today )

    I have about 3 months worth of Ageforce Testo 100 patches on hand that I was going to wait to use as part of my OTC portion of my PCT. AgeForce® HGH Supplements from our USA-FDA certified labs
    These are Transdermal Patches that contain the following:

    1. Androstenetrione - Androstenetrione works safely and naturally to elevate Testosterone levels by binding to, and inhibiting, the functions of Aromatase, which is an enzyme that converts Testosterone to Estrogen. It sounds complicated but the bottom line is that Androstenetrione will help to elevate natural Testosterone production dramatically!
    2. D-Aspartic Acid – Adding a supplement like D-Aspartic Acid, which is based on an amino acid found naturally in the body, increases the production of Testosterone by enhancing the cellular production of signal molecules that control the secretion of Testosterone.
    3. Stinging Nettle root - extracts have been extensively studied in human clinical trials. These extracts have been shown to help to increase free Testosterone levels more effectively than any other herbal substance!

    (Don't freak out, I have Torem on hand if needed.)

    Then I remembered a post by JD stating that one of the Athletix Products (Adamantium if I recall) helps to prevent or limit shut down during cycles. So then it occurred to me: "Hey, why not start the Testo 100 patches in cycle to see if it helps limit shut down?"

    So here is the plan: Continue running my 5/3/1 BB variation (starting my heavy week next week) and my low-moderate carb diet (2400cals on lifting days, 2100 or less on cardio/off days). Other standards include RecoverPro, VPX Syngex, Bulk Cissus Powder, Taurine at 2.5g/day to prevent back pumps, 3g Fish Oil twice daily, 2g Milk Thistle twice daily, Wyked 2-3 scoops pre work out.

    Am presently running the epi at 20mg daily and that is going smoothly, will bump to 30mg at Day 11-20, 40mg at Day 21-30. Will hold the 1 Andro steady at 1 am and 1 pm and the RS Trans will continue at 5 pumps am.

    Will run Testo 100 at 1 patch/day for 6 days, then off for 4 days starting tonight. Once the cycle is over, I will add another test boosting sup to it that does not have any of the same ingredients (Possibly HGHPro or Titanium) and continue with the milk thistle. (If you are worried about my BP, don't, I keep a regular check on it and also already use Lisinopril and HCTZ). Given that none of these compounds are all that harsh, I will determine at the end of the cycle if I need to break out the Torem based on what evidence of shut down I see.

    P.S. Given that I am one Cycle, I will skip the deload week of 5/3/1 and go straight into Mesocycle 8.

    1st patch, initial impression. The backing paper is perforated, so removing one patch at a time is a synch. Had a little trouble catching a corner to peel it off, but I have never been very good at that, went quickly once I used a finger nail. This one went about 3 inches above my Navel, stuck easily enough, no sign of irritation, but it is early.

    Got up this morning and removed patch #1 at around 9:00 PM, a total of 11 hours. No hint of a rash or discomfort at all, stuck to me all night.

    Today basically sucked, may have been because I hit the gym on under 700 cals on the day or it was just an off day, not sure. Doubt it is the caloric restriction this close to Thanksgiving pig out. Maybe I have just hit the wall, time will tell.

    Am beginning to see some hints of testicular atrophy, but am not 100% convinced it is not in my head (What guy does not get paranoid about his balls shrinking?) So I will most likely break out the Torem when we start the PCT. Also, I have a bottle of V2 Androlean coming and will likely bridge to that for another 4 weeks.

    Wide Grip Incline Front BB Raise (Went with these as it eliminates the cheats and forces strict form)

    Alternating DB Curl 45'sx12 (PR) 50'sx8 (Got a bit sloppy here, so I dropped weight and cleaned up form for the last set) 35'sx15

    Wrapped things up with 30 minutes of cardio, 80/90/100% Max Resistance, up and down, 6 minutes stages, sprint the last 60 seconds of each -154 cals.

    Am on the off time (4/10 days) for the Testo 100 patch, no issues with skin irritation noted. Start reapplying testo 100 patches Wednesday night.

Did hang on to DB rack for some balance assistance on the 2nd set, was going to do these stradling 2 benches but figured I was not ready for that yet. Ok, enough rambling 75x12, 95x12.

    Cable Crunch at 160 2sets of 30.

    Did reapply patch last night and again tonight. I am pretty convinced that I am for the most part shut down now. Well, at least the EPI/1 Andro/ RS Trans is kicking in big time.

    May not be quite as shut down as I thought, things have seemed a bit "shriveled" but still able to rise to the occasion if you know what I mean. Libido is fairly neutral, not really seeking but would not turn it down either. Will absolutely be running the Torem when this is all over for sure.

    Tomorrow is the office Christmas party then a dinner for my boss who is retiring. No lifting but intend to get a burn going with some AM cardio. Gonna enjoy myself but try not to go too crazy. I am still hanging around 278, but the 3 point caliper is a solid 28mm, which is down 6mm from when we started, so this PH stack has yielded some very solid gains (around 7-9 pounds) while still leaning out

    Nothing really to mention here so far. Am still convinced I am shut down and the testo pro is at least keeping some libido available. Will likely continue to use these patches during PCT for the natural/otc component (plus CEE) along with the Torem.
