Amazing Shoulder/ab workout today. Woke up at 10:15 and popped my 1g dose of PLCAR had the pre-workout meal and headed out to get huge. Energy was through the roof, should probably mention shoulders is my favorite workout, little rest between sets. Work out went like this.

Abs were crushed, Shoulders were lit, Strength was crazy today. Body felt and looked full, weight was up to 170 leaving the gym up 3 lbs total!!! Alpha male feeling through the roof.







Going to try to take a pre-workout and a few PLCAR to get me motivated this morning. Chest and tris today, will post workout log in a few. Come on PLCAR work your magic this morning please!
1.5 PLCAR, 1 scoop of pre-workout and my nat booster and your boy is back from the dead!!!
