Some info for those not familiar with my crazy a## :
Morning training, 6 days ON/1 day OFF
Day1 - Chest/Tri
Day2 - Deadlift/Squats/Abs
Day3 - Traps/Shoulders
Day4 - Abs/Biceps/Tri/whateverifeelliketraining
Day5 - Legs
Day6 - Back/Abs
Day7 - sometimes I rest
"Hardcore" doesn't really cut it when describing the
intensity of my workouts, 5 sessions on 6 are
to complete failure, like annihilation, they tend to be
extremely long too, with heavier exercises and compound
movements at the beginning followed by tons of supersets,
concentration exercises, supersets again bla bla bla..
I do warrior diet/IF, (fast for 14/16 hours,
meals in a 4/6 window starting in the evening)
extremely low carbs/very high protein/moderate fats
I eat 100% *cah-lean*, never cheat, ever.
I stay in cal deficit 6 days a week, I refeed once a week
This may sound crazy to most of you guys but I've been doing it
for years, for those who know me, you know I'm a rare case and
definitely not the norm, but it works for me.
Due to my diet and meal timing
I megadose on BCAA, then whey, ,
multivitamin, , creapure, veggie&fruit replacement
('cause I don't eat those), vit D3.
As pre-workout I cycle several once a month (or once every two months)
this log will start with the ones I'm using atm which is 1 scoop of + 1 scoop of .
Atm I'm completely *stim free*
Natty bb, 5'9", 167lbs, 4/5% BF
My goal is always the same, keeping my BF this low
while trying to get some lean gains. I'm NOT after
making massive gains, so don't expect that from me,
I'm more interested in strength gains while dieting
(lately my strength went up like crazy), and like I said
lil gains without any change in BF (if not dropping more lol).
For the Swole Stack I'll dose TestoPro and Stoked as suggested,
Glycobol as required, usually I do 3cps a day 1cps 25 min prior every meal.
I workout fasted so BCAA go 10gr prewo - 15gr intra - 10gr post
First meal is usually after 5/6 hours pwo.
I used all the products in the swole stack before,
but at different times, never all together, I liked TestoPro
when I ran it last time, good strength increase and some size/ .
I've been using Glycobol as one of my GDA
for quite some time now and I like very much what it does to me.
