30 days of destruction will start on Sunday, day 1 for me

Some info for those not familiar with my crazy a## protocol:

TRAINING:
Morning training, 6 days ON/1 day OFF
Day1 - Chest/Tri
Day2 - Deadlift/Squats/Abs
Day3 - Traps/Shoulders
Day4 - Abs/Biceps/Tri/whateverifeelliketraining
Day5 - Legs
Day6 - Back/Abs
Day7 - sometimes I rest
"Hardcore" doesn't really cut it when describing the
intensity of my workouts, 5 sessions on 6 are
to complete failure, like annihilation, they tend to be
extremely long too, with heavier exercises and compound
movements at the beginning followed by tons of supersets,
concentration exercises, supersets again bla bla bla..

DIET:
I do warrior diet/IF, (fast for 14/16 hours,
meals in a 4/6 window starting in the evening)
extremely low carbs/very high protein/moderate fats
I eat 100% *cah-lean*, never cheat, ever.
I stay in cal deficit 6 days a week, I refeed once a week
This may sound crazy to most of you guys but I've been doing it
for years, for those who know me, you know I'm a rare case and
definitely not the norm, but it works for me.

OTHER SUPS:
Due to my diet and meal timing
I megadose on BCAA, then whey, fish oil,
multivitamin, beta alanine, creapure, veggie&fruit replacement
('cause I don't eat those), vit D3.
As pre-workout I cycle several once a month (or once every two months)
this log will start with the ones I'm using atm which is 1 scoop of Pump-Bol + 1 scoop of Ultima.
Atm I'm completely *stim free*

STATS:
Natty bb, 5'9", 167lbs, 4/5% BF

GOAL:
My goal is always the same, keeping my BF this low
while trying to get some lean gains. I'm NOT after
making massive gains, so don't expect that from me,
I'm more interested in strength gains while dieting
(lately my strength went up like crazy), and like I said
lil gains without any change in BF (if not dropping more lol).

DOSING:
For the Swole Stack I'll dose TestoPro and Stoked as suggested,
Glycobol as required, usually I do 3cps a day 1cps 25 min prior every meal.
I workout fasted so BCAA go 10gr prewo - 15gr intra - 10gr post
First meal is usually after 5/6 hours pwo.

OBSERVATIONS:

I used all the products in the swole stack before,
but at different times, never all together, I liked TestoPro
when I ran it last time, good strength increase and some size/density.
I've been using Glycobol as one of my GDA
for quite some time now and I like very much what it does to me.

dosed Testopro 2cps 1st thing on empty, about 2 hours before wo,
4 hours later 2cps of Stoked, this dose fell approximately at the end of
my wo.

Today was chest/tri, destruction day and I had a pretty damn good wo

I won't dose Glycobol today because is my refeed day.

Stack started good!

For those who know me, I had some problems with the refeed
lately, today is my first attempt after several weeks in which, well,
i didn't refeed at all.. because I have issues with carbs.
Today I'll try a new protocol and see how it goes, planning on eating about
250/280gr of carbs during the day, protein will be the same, fats traces.

Quick update:

dosed the other 2cps of TP 12 hours apart from the first dose,
again 4 hours later second dose of Stoked will follow.
But a nice thing is I've been able so far to carry on my refeed,
I ate 160gr so far and I have only another 100gr to put down
but no bloating and I feel good (I had problems eating any kind of carbs
so far, today for the first time I switched to cereals as my source and it seems
to go very well)

I had a very busy day at work and despite the heavy wo
energy and alertness was up the whole day and I felt very good.
I remember last run of TP (TestoPro) was helping me quite a bit
with strength in the gym and overall well being during the day,
but I'm sure also the food today is playing its part, and also
the good wo, that is what makes my mood for the rest of the day.
Wo goes not as I want and I'm miserable the whole day, fortunately
it doesn't happen very often, but today was particularly good.

Anyway, no Glycobol today but I always run Glycobol so I know exactly
what it does to me, i'll go into it later on in the log.

no clock, well rested and had a kick ass wo (morning wo here)
I think I need that 3Z, to bad i can't find it here in EU :/

Update
Took my doses, TP first in the morning, Stoked 4 hours later
at 3/4 of my wo.
I was feeling weird today, I just got 50gr of Agmatine and I wanted to
try it, well, apparently my body kinda hates that stuff 'cause it made me
lethargic as hell after few minutes from taking it and the nootropic effect
was veeeery weird, I caught myself staring at dust flakes for no reason
and felt like my body was fighting against it.. Seemed like it took out
my aggression in the gym. Didn't like it at all.

When I don't feel 100% I get pissed and carry on the wo out of rage,
and so has been today. Stubborn as I am I managed to nail a good wo
and kicked my own a## pretty badly regardless.

WO:

Deadlift/Squats/Abs day

Warm up with leg curls and prone leg curls
3 sets 15/15/20
light weight, all in the range of
something like 60lbs
(may seem odd but i need it to warm up my knees and
also i noticed is the best way to get the blood flowing fast,
especially now that I'm using Pumpbol)

Deadlift

1 x 268 failed (last week I did more than that, 2 reps clean), got pissed
went back to 264 did another 3, rest pause, 1 more

dropping weights.. I killed myself really.

I start at a given weight then set/drop/set/drop,
it ends with isometric.

Abs
I was pretty beat up at this point
and my mind gave up before my body
very unusual for me, anyway I managed
to do
2 sets of weighted cable crunches
3 sets (x side) of weighted cable crunches
2 sets (x side) wood chop cable
2 sets (x side) of cable "twist"
4 sets weighted crunch on stability ball
and I think that's it, abs routine sucked for what I'm used to
but my back was really beat up which is nice.
I'll repair the shi##ty abs routing on day 4 (that's why is there..)

All good so far,
dosed my 1cps of Glycobol before my first meal around 8pm,
effect is the usual, very nice pump and vascularity, my veins
*pop* up every single time and that's probably the thing I like
the most about glycobol, it makes me feel like food is going in the right place
Please note, my daily carb intake is 30gr, split in three meals,
so I take 1cps with only 10gr of carbs, and never had any stomach problem
with it.
All for today, tomorrow is gonna be one of my fav day, Traps and Shoulders,
and gods know if I like to annihilate my traps! If I'm not on the verge of crying
from the pain it ain't right for me on that day :D

No agmatine tho', not doing it prewo until I figure out what's the deal with that

Update

last 3 days resume:

the following wo took place the last 3 days:

* Traps/Upper Back/Shoulders

* Abs/Biceps&Triceps/whateverifeelliketraining

* Legs madness

Doses and timing for TP and Stoked still as suggested, Glycobol 1cp before 20/25 min before each meal

Ok so there's something to report which is somewhat related to
this stack but worth mentioning.

I blamed agmatine for that weird mind-body DISconnection that I had,
to be honest I had some issue with concentration since I switched
prewo (from lit-up to Pumpbol+1/2 scoop of Ultima) and I thought
it was normal, new prewo, stim free you know.. But turned out
that it wasn't agmatine, that just made it worse but the problem
was Ultima.
Apparently its nootropic complex was f@cking with my mind quite a lot,
proof is, today I didn't take it and I had a freakin' fantastic wo day!

So let's get to the Swole,
while still early to say TP and Stoked are kicking in
DESPITE the concentration problems and the sleepy feeling
Ultima was giving me Traps/Upper Back/Shoulders day went great
mostly because that's probably my favorite day, I really enjoy it for some reason.

I bash on my traps like no tomorrow usually and this one wasn't different,
strength was up a lot, session started with

Traps/Upper Back/Shoulders day

BB Shrugs
I won't list all the exercises and variation that I do with this,
because they are a TON, reverse grip, wide, narrow, front, back..
I do something like 6 real sets, before that there are 2/4 warmup sets
again with diff grips and widths

Last set, the heaviest (356lbs) I do DC protocol and just try to destroy my own self
it went great, I added some reps here and there and weight went up at the last
one compared to last week.

then I follow with "traps squeeze" put the ez-bar on the rack,
calf high, feet on the bench and weights on my stomach
then do this hybrid dip with both regular and reverse grips on the bar
concentrating and contracting not the pecs, not the triceps but the traps
and upper back, really wide grip, hard on the forearms to but oh boy
*nothing* sqeeze the traps like that.
5 sets, weighted
15 x 22+BW
12 x 33+BW
10 x 45+BW
8 x 55+BW
8 x 66+BW
supersets dropping weights to failure
Each set here starts wide reverse grip, rest-pause and then
is followed by as many rep as I can with the same weight
just regular and narrower grip. Torture, but feels good

Alternate DB Shrugs
4 sets
12 x 52 (each arm)
10 x 70
8 x 80
6 x 88
seated bb shrug superset to failure

Then I do extreme stretching on my traps right away,
seated on the bench, grab the bb with 100lbs and let the shoulder
lose, pain is excruciating but again, feels awesome.

Delts

I don't remember this since
I change routine everytime depending on what part
of the shoulders I feel like I need to train (this depends
on the other wo chest and back days)
Exercises are usually 4 to 6
include side raises, front raises, hammer raises, ez bar front raises
alternate sides, upright bb raises, and various cable exercises.
It ends up in failure

Next day was Abs/Arms

That's the day Ultima f#cked my head over a lot
I had hard time concentrating and I hated life the whole day
despite that, DOMS on my abs (after 2 days!) tell me the wo
was good nonetheless.
1 hour and 1/2 for abs, too many exercises to list again,
all weighted, I go hypertrophy with abs, cable, wood chop,
stability ball, leg raises, side crunches and whatever exercise
is more painful that day.

Triceps
I did only 3 exercises (since I do them also on chest day)
seated overhead extension (alternate) 4 sets hypertrophy
cable overhead extension w/straight bar and supersets with rope
cable tris pushdowns (bar) w/ superset alternate side pushdown w/rope

Biceps
Standing ez bar curls + spider supersets (4 sets)
Alternate DB concentration curls 4 sets
Seated DB curls 4 sets + cable supersets + reverse grip supersets w/ez bar to failure

That was about it, veins on my arms where the size of my fingers tho'..

Today was Legs, I didn't take Ultima and had a terrific WO!

Concentration was back 100%, aggression too, I took something like 20 min
less to finish my wo routine, I was hitting weights much faster and broke PR on hack squat, ah!

LEGS
Warmup Leg curls and prone leg curls (like opposite on legs) 3 sets, pretty heavy
15/12/12 with isometric at the end

Squats:
warm up (my knees need that)
2 sets 12 x 110
then

5 sets:
12 x 154
10 x 176
8 x 205
6 x 220
4 x 242 + DC - rest pause, 2 more
superset at 205
superset at 176 to failure
superset at 110 to failure

Hack squats (w/bb no machine)
12 x 176
10 x 210
8 x 242
6 x 268 + DC 4 more
supersets to failure (i don't count these)

Front Squats
4 sets + 2 supersets (narrow),
don't remember the weights, these are not heavy tho'

Leg curls
4 sets + supersets to failure, these are a lot
i never count them, just drop weight and keep going
until i can't stand it no more

Prone Leg Curls
Same as above

DB scissor squats
3 sets 15 reps, same weight
1 min rest between them

That's it

OBSERVATIONS:
I feel great, got an awesome wo
my legs feels twice the size, I can barely walk
Veins are always showing on me, but today
I could see a lot more striation on the sides of my legs
and a nice separation on my quads, it was good

Glycobol always gives me a nice blood flow after a meal,
I never had stomach discomforts of any kind with it
but sometimes I do have a lil crash after the first meal,
this is due to my diet tho', not really Glycobol (I actually kinda like it..)
'cause I fast for 14/16 hours straight everyday so the first meal sometimes
gives me that.

That's it for now, I will add agmatine prewo starting from tomorrow
along with my preow (Pumpbol, not freakin' ultima.. dammit)

Today deserves an update

This morning my legs were *so* sore from yesterday's wo that at first
I really had hard time imagining even starting "back day", like massive pain
but not only, massive PUMP still! (Agmatine + Pumpbol??)

I (barely) walked towards the mirror
to take a look at my legs because I noticed veins were popping out
like crazy (especially in the morning it ain't common, with my last meal
10hours far back, lean yes, crazy-vascular in the morning before wo? not really)
i looked in the mirror and the separation on my quads was more obvious than yesterday
I was like @_@, took my shirt off and long story short, I look fuller and leaner,
my shoulders seems wider somehow..
And while veins are always visible on me, I do look "grainy", my chest, my legs..
I don't know what to say nor what the hell is going on really, I just know i like this :)

Today was back wo and I can say one thing for sure: my strength and endurance are
up already, no doubt.
I will not list my today's back routine, reason?
Because my work out lasted 3 (three) hours and 27 (twentyseven) minutes.
I felt like an animal, I'm faster, i hit more weight, I've been throwing in new (but old school)
back exercises today that got me a great deal of stimulation on my muscles, felt great.
I actually stopped myself today 'cause i felt like I could totally go on even more.

It seems early BUT it reminds me my last run of TestoPro, this was the kinda feeling,
strength, good mood in the gym, good aggression.. My sessions are very long usually,
but this last 2 days I've been noticing definitely a better recovery (between sets) and
more endurance more than anything, which probably translates in those
changes in my body mentioned above. The only "problem" which it ain't really,
is that recovery from one day to another seem not enough, granted that 5 on 6 of
my wo are heavy and to failure but still.. Maybe I'm not sleeping enough (possible)
but surely I am kicking my own a## in the gym more and while it feels great when in there
I need to give my body a way to recover better, because I am abusing it a lot.

Anyway, so far so good

PS: dosed Agmatine this morning prewo, vascularity was definitely improved,
and I think that grainy look could come from it, I dosed it last night too
with my last meal before bed.

Yeah, I feel great and my mood is totally up
between the Swole, Agmatine and the refeed went well
I am noticeably improving. Happy times

I'll keep an eye on Agmatine, seems very promising
I'll let some time pass and maybe snap a coupla pix (if i look right lol)
i wanna try to get that grainy look i'm talking about "on tape"
I've never had that so noticeable!

I'm starting to think on cycle the less stuff used the better lol.

Anyway, you definitely kill it man. Those workouts look like a three hour long battle to the deaths lol.

Chest/triceps day again, freakin' hell I love a good wo!

Woke up without the clock at 7am, and I couldn't wait to get to
the iron, my mood is way up but I say is different from the E-bol/Lit-Up run (my previous stag/log
before this one, that's why I compare), Ebol gave me more of a "happy" mood, while this one (testopro i guess,
if I have to give credit) is more alpha-male feeling, I've been noticing this for a coupla day, today was pretty obvious
I have that swagger going on, which I never have lol

Anyways, today is also 1 week past my refeed and is time to refeed again,

Some things have to be reported:

first: pumps are insane.. way more than I usually get, probably is the Agmatine
strength is up already, more weight in general but is noticeable that I do heavier
supersets (a -among others - 198lbs supersets x 15 came very easy, and that was a the end of flat bench press
routine..). This is indeed one noticeable change.

recovery seems faster, and DOMS are crazy good, my legs still hurts from Thursday (Sunday today) and still
feel "full" and pumped, my back is was feeling very heavy and full of blood today (from two days ago wo)
and I mentioned this before, I seem to get much more muscle stimulation even with lighter sets which
I usually don't, especially on my back (I only feel stimulation with overload on my back, with the previous
stack my back got much stronger and bigger than it was)
Incredible how a stronger back make your CHEST stronger and fuller

I snapped a coupla pix, crappy as usual with my phone, 20 minutes after my wo
while waiting the Magnesium oil to dry off, so not right after the wo.

I also wanna say I snap pix not to show off, there ain't nothing to show off really :D
but because to me it makes no sense to say "oh I look better, bla bla bla.." if you
can't compare and actually *see* a difference.

Will upload later, for the wo, routine was like last week mostly,
I will go into details only about what was different today.

Please note:
Chest day (since is refeed day) is probably the hardest day,
complete annihilation and it follows a NO CARB day (yesterday)
to completely deplete before the refeed.

Matt, yes Agma seems *very* nice, and it seems to go hand to hand with Glycobol whit the meal
and with Pumpbol for prewo, I'm liking it quite a lot

Anyways, here's my LEG, not flexing you can tell, 25 min after the workout, CHEST workout, not legs! LOL!

My legs have been looking like this since Thursday! 4 days ago..
I mean ok vascular, but this is pretty
ridiculous even for a vascular boy like meh :D

Now I let you imagine how this translates *during workouts*,
I peeked at my shoulder today during a set and went @_@ ..ly sh#t..

Have to say though Crowler I'm never going to turn glycobol down. It will always be a staple but I admit I have been wanting to give slin-sane a try Mike; Have you used it?

Update

Deadlift/Squats/Abs yesterday and Traps/UpperBack/Shoulders today.

On deadlift, I paired my last PR (a VERY good day.. I wasn't expecting to)
and not only, I did 3 full rep perfect form instead of 2, so somewhat beat it :)

Session was great, again is pretty noticeable my strength/endurance ratio is
definitely better because I'm doing supersets much heavier and I'm hitting
the weights faster.
When I say supersets I want to specify, I mean DC. I incorporate the rest-pause
protocol usually in my last two/heaviest sets and then drop few lbs and rep to failure,
well both went up and actually caught me somehow "off balance" like "hey I could've done
more weight!"
So next week I will.
Squats on this day are light-ish but "raw", all the way down, 4 sets straight with minimum
rest and even here I hit the sets faster and went up a bit with weights because lifting seemed
easy.

Traps/Shoulders is fun for me, like I said before I *love* to demolish my traps like no tomorrow
and today it wasn't any different, actually a new PR on BB shrugs, 3 reps @ 424lbs
and that was the last of my neverending series of sets for BB shrugs
Weights went up for ALL sets for the "traps squeeze" that I described earlier.

I got at the shoulders exercises pretty beat up tho', reason is because I *really* pushed
myself a lot on my last heaviest day, still have DOMS from Back Day (Friday), then chest and deads..
I mean over the top..

And while recovery during sets is good, recovery between days seems to need some help
because I'm really going hardcore here.

Anyways, great mood, great workouts, and please note the following: i'm constantly dieting
and most important I am atm completely off stims!

Dosing is still the same 2cps TP first thing, 2cps Stoked 4 hours later, 1cp Glyco before meals (x3)
Still have to post that other pic, will get to it soon :)

Quick update pwo:

It'll sound repetitive but today was another great wo day!
Back day

My right lat was still hurting from traps/upper back wo (few days ago)
half from DOMS half from some sort of bad movement I made with one of
the heaviest bb shrugs (hit a PR tho')

Today I was totally in the zone, aggressiveness went up in the last three days
and today was def obvious. I was very concentrated and motivated (no nootropics, no stims)
so it might be Testopro starting to enter my system

Strength is still up, hit a new PR on V-bar bb bent over row, 242lbs 3 perfect form reps,
plus 10lbs from last week and one more rep.

Felt a great deal of stimulation on my back muscles and this is the second time,
it doesn't happen so often.
I recognize Testopro (from my last run) with the aggression raising, the "swagger"
going on, and the way I look. Fuller, deeper cuts (altho' I tweaked my diet even more the last
three weeks), also the fact that I found a protocol for my refeed that is working it has def something
to do with this.
As you can see I'm not pimping, I'm considering every variable I can think about
but I can feel a difference between running TP solo vs TP and Stoked, first thing is
that it seems TP is acting quicker with it.

WO was long as usual but I'm don't feel worn out to oblivion, at the same time
my back feels gigantic (and it looks bigger too).
Lats/side abs are more pronounced and overall I feel very good (despite last night I got only
4 hours sleep)

sets to cable exercises and bb bent over rows.. it was a good day :)

As for the night, tell me about it.. Yesterday had to drive to the airport to pick up
my g/f late night, I kindly asked if I could left in bed sleeping this morning but
both apparently cleaning the bathroom at 8am was more important lol (I got pissed of course,
which could also have something to do with the good wo :D)

man I srsly think you are one genetically gifted individual lol. Not many can stay that lean all the time. And workout like you do. And eat that little... lol.

Ya know, I never liked gyms so I've never went to one,
for years I had no comparison with other bbs training, their intensity etc..
I've been training alone forever, for me it was normal to end up on the floor panting
after a heavy set or at the end of the wo for several minutes.
Later on i realized that wasn't really the case for most people lol

I have a mission for the next days: I need to be able to snap a decent picture
of my chest, the vascularity is crazy for real, more than my stomach, more than my leg (pic above).
I give credit for this to the refeed working because like at the end of the week (I refeed on Sunday)
is when it gets more noticeable, man it's cool :D

Another great wo, today was chest again, my fav


Let's get to my thoughts about the stack right away:


Strength is definitely up
I recently changed my chest routine,
I use to start (after the warm up) with flat bb bench
now I start the session with heavy DB incline
4 sets,
12/10/8/6+DC (rest-pause and then as many rep I can with this last, heaviest weight)
THEN I go with the BB flat bench.
Weights went up right away for the last two sets because I was feeling very well
and strong. Did it perfect form and no spotting, it was a good start.


I'm saying this because I hit a PR on flat bench today, happy times
and I did it with 4 sets of DB inclined under the belt already.


This is true for every exercise but especially for bench/chest I truly
believe form and stimulation is *everything* to get a good chest workout,
so for me is not much about weight, so for many of you my PR won't seem
too much, but well.. It was for me
4 sets 12/10/8/6
on the last one lifting felt still easy enough to try another one
and so I did: 282lbs for 2 slow and steady rep + a forced/assisted one!


That boosted my mood greatly and after the regular sets I started with the DC,
weight drop sets, I didn't even count them, I was keep going feeling very strong
even the lighter sets were heavier than usual.


Then the session went on with the regular, weighter dips, incline flys, decline DB press
and usually after this I go for flat bench stiff arm flys (extreme stretching/concentration)
3 sets, where 1 regular grip, 1 pronated grip and one half and half


But before doing that I incorporated 3 sets of ONE ARM flat bench DB press,
fantastic exercise for chest in my opinion, way overlooked.
I still had the strength to go hypertrophy on it, I did a 6/4/4 as heavy as I could + superset,
felt a great deal of stimulation on my chest.


Then the flys followed as usual, some pushups to "cruise" into triceps wo
plan was three exercises, tried a couple of new exercises, felt good and ended up
doing 4 exercises + some cable burn sets.


So, indeed strength is up. Session felt long (well, it WAS long) but my mood
is totally what kept me going.
There is this alpha-feeling going on (Testopro I guess) that is really helping.
I'm not sure about the role Stoked is playing, probably nothing I can actually feel
but maybe just enhance TP effects.


Today's refeed day, so no Glycobol, tomorrow will be deadlift/abs, usually there's a 4 sets squats
too with some leg curls/prone curls as well, but believe it or not my legs are STILL SORE
from freakin' thursday (sunday today); I've been pushing myself *a lot* since I started the stack,
tomorrow I'll most likely skip the squats (altho' they have been added in the session recently, they weren't
suppose to be there not long ago) to give my body time to recover properly, and i'm not the kind of person
that would ever say such thing if it wasn't like really obvious/needed.

Muscles look full, legs look a bit bigger (lol they're probably swollen..) and overall
I recognize that "density" for lack of better term to describe this, from Testopro.

Enough for now, Swole is working great, strength increase and new PR when dieting like I do? Aye

Ok update on this:


Left alone yesterday's wo, Traps/UpperBack/Shoulders
which has been the BEST workout of my entire life due to DS Craze (my first scoop, review's up)
today I was "back to normal" as I'm also running a "preworkout deathmatch" thread,
so before going into the whole tub of Craze I am keep testing the prewo products
that I planned to test.


On the swole stack now: my mood has been up and my strength is keep increasing
as reported in the past days, recovery (between days) is now better, despite on deadlift day
I ended up doing squats anyway because I felt like it, solid sleep got me the recovery that I needed
and I went for it.


I am not noticing any changes in libido, I was somewhat expecting a raise.


The most noticeable effect aside from the mood is size, again today (Biceps/Triceps/Abs)
I checked myself out a bit and I can say pretty much every major muscle group
look fuller, my back is wider, and legs and arms solid.
My BF is if anything even lower which is very nice considering I probably gained something,
definitely size (nothing major but quite noticeable).


At some point I will buy a new battery for my scale and weight myself :D
most def before the end of the stack.


So far so good
