Took my doses, TP first in the morning, Stoked 4 hours later
at 3/4 of my wo.
I was feeling weird today, I just got 50gr of Agmatine and I wanted to
try it, well, apparently my body kinda hates that stuff 'cause it made me
lethargic as hell after few minutes from taking it and the nootropic effect
was veeeery weird, I caught myself staring at dust flakes for no reason
and felt like my body was fighting against it.. Seemed like it took out
my aggression in the gym. Didn't like it at all.
When I don't feel 100% I get pissed and carry on the wo out of rage,
and so has been today. Stubborn as I am I managed to nail a good wo
and kicked my own a## pretty badly regardless.
WO:
Deadlift/Squats/Abs day
Warm up with leg curls and prone leg curls
3 sets 15/15/20 light weight, all in the range of
something like 60lbs
(may seem odd but i need it to warm up my knees and
also i noticed is the best way to get the blood flowing fast,
especially now that I'm using Pumpbol)

and I think that's it, abs routine sucked for what I'm used to
but my back was really beat up which is nice.
I'll repair the shi##ty abs routing on day 4 (that's why is there..)
All good so far,
dosed my 1cps of Glycobol before my first meal around 8pm,
effect is the usual, very nice pump and vascularity, my veins
*pop* up every single time and that's probably the thing I like
the most about glycobol, it makes me feel like food is going in the right place
Please note, my daily carb intake is 30gr, split in three meals,
so I take 1cps with only 10gr of carbs, and never had any stomach problem
with it.
All for today, tomorrow is gonna be one of my fav day, Traps and Shoulders,
and gods know if I like to annihilate my traps! If I'm not on the verge of crying
from the pain it ain't right for me on that day
No agmatine tho', not doing it prewo until I figure out what's the deal with that

Doses and timing for TP and Stoked still as suggested, Glycobol 1cp before 20/25 min before each meal
Ok so there's something to report which is somewhat related to
this stack but worth mentioning.
I blamed agmatine for that weird mind-body DISconnection that I had,
to be honest I had some issue with concentration since I switched
prewo (from lit-up to Pumpbol+1/2 scoop of Ultima) and I thought
it was normal, new prewo, stim free you know.. But turned out
that it wasn't agmatine, that just made it worse but the problem
was Ultima.
Apparently its nootropic complex was f@cking with my mind quite a lot,
proof is, today I didn't take it and I had a freakin' fantastic wo day!
So let's get to the Swole,
while still early to say TP and Stoked are kicking in
DESPITE the concentration problems and the sleepy feeling
Ultima was giving me Traps/Upper Back/Shoulders day went great
mostly because that's probably my favorite day, I really enjoy it for some reason.
I bash on my traps like no tomorrow usually and this one wasn't different,
strength was up a lot, session started with
Traps/Upper Back/Shoulders day
BB Shrugs
I won't list all the exercises and variation that I do with this,
because they are a TON, reverse grip, wide, narrow, front, back..
I do something like 6 real sets, before that there are 2/4 warmup sets
again with diff grips and widths
Last set, the heaviest (356lbs) I do DC protocol and just try to destroy my own self
it went great, I added some reps here and there and weight went up at the last
one compared to last week.
then I follow with "traps squeeze" put the ez-bar on the rack,
calf high, feet on the bench and weights on my stomach
then do this hybrid dip with both regular and reverse grips on the bar
concentrating and contracting not the pecs, not the triceps but the traps
and upper back, really wide grip, hard on the forearms to but oh boy
*nothing* sqeeze the traps like that.
5 sets, weighted
15 x 22+BW
12 x 33+BW
10 x 45+BW
8 x 55+BW
8 x 66+BW
supersets dropping weights to failure
Each set here starts wide reverse grip, rest-pause and then
is followed by as many rep as I can with the same weight
just regular and narrower grip. Torture, but feels good
Alternate DB Shrugs

12 x 52 (each arm)
10 x 70
8 x 80
6 x 88
seated bb shrug superset to failure
Then I do extreme stretching on my traps right away,
seated on the bench, grab the bb with 100lbs and let the shoulder
lose, pain is excruciating but again, feels awesome.
Delts
I don't remember this since
I change routine everytime depending on what part
of the shoulders I feel like I need to train (this depends
on the other wo chest and back days)
Exercises are usually 4 to 6
include side raises, front raises, hammer raises, ez bar front raises
alternate sides, upright bb raises, and various cable exercises.
It ends up in failure
Next day was Abs/Arms
That's the day Ultima f#cked my head over a lot
I had hard time concentrating and I hated life the whole day
despite that, DOMS on my abs (after 2 days!) tell me the wo
was good nonetheless.
1 hour and 1/2 for abs, too many exercises to list again,
all weighted, I go hypertrophy with abs, cable, wood chop,
stability ball, leg raises, side crunches and whatever exercise
is more painful that day.
Triceps
I did only 3 exercises (since I do them also on chest day)
seated overhead extension (alternate) 4 sets hypertrophy
cable overhead extension w/straight bar and supersets with rope
cable tris pushdowns (bar) w/ superset alternate side pushdown w/rope
Biceps
Standing ez bar curls + spider supersets (4 sets)
Alternate DB concentration curls 4 sets
Seated DB curls 4 sets + cable supersets + reverse grip supersets w/ez bar to failure
That was about it, veins on my arms where the size of my fingers tho'..
Today was Legs, I didn't take Ultima and had a terrific WO!
Concentration was back 100%, aggression too, I took something like 20 min
less to finish my wo routine, I was hitting weights much faster and broke PR on hack squat, ah!
LEGS
Warmup Leg curls and prone leg curls (like opposite on legs) 3 sets, pretty heavy
15/12/12 with isometric at the end
Squats:

OBSERVATIONS:
I feel great, got an awesome wo
my legs feels twice the size, I can barely walk
Veins are always showing on me, but today
I could see a lot more striation on the sides of my legs
and a nice separation on my quads, it was good
Glycobol always gives me a nice blood flow after a meal,
I never had stomach discomforts of any kind with it
but sometimes I do have a lil crash after the first meal,
this is due to my diet tho', not really Glycobol (I actually kinda like it..)
'cause I fast for 14/16 hours straight everyday so the first meal sometimes
gives me that.
That's it for now, I will add agmatine prewo starting from tomorrow
along with my preow (Pumpbol, not freakin' ultima.. dammit)

Today deserves an update
This morning my legs were *so* sore from yesterday's wo that at first
I really had hard time imagining even starting "back day", like massive pain
but not only, massive PUMP still! (Agmatine + Pumpbol??)
I (barely) walked towards the mirror
to take a look at my legs because I noticed veins were popping out
like crazy (especially in the morning it ain't common, with my last meal
10hours far back, lean yes, crazy-vascular in the morning before wo? not really)
i looked in the mirror and the separation on my quads was more obvious than yesterday
I was like @_@, took my shirt off and long story short, I look fuller and leaner,
my shoulders seems wider somehow..
And while veins are always visible on me, I do look "grainy", my chest, my legs..
I don't know what to say nor what the hell is going on really, I just know i like this
Today was back wo and I can say one thing for sure: my strength and endurance are
up already, no doubt.
I will not list my today's back routine, reason?
Because my work out lasted 3 (three) hours and 27 (twentyseven) minutes.
I felt like an animal, I'm faster, i hit more weight, I've been throwing in new (but old school)
back exercises today that got me a great deal of stimulation on my muscles, felt great.
I actually stopped myself today 'cause i felt like I could totally go on even more.
It seems early BUT it reminds me my last run of TestoPro, this was the kinda feeling,
strength, good mood in the gym, good aggression.. My sessions are very long usually,
but this last 2 days I've been noticing definitely a better recovery (between sets) and
more endurance more than anything, which probably translates in those
changes in my body mentioned above. The only "problem" which it ain't really,
is that recovery from one day to another seem not enough, granted that 5 on 6 of
my wo are heavy and to failure but still.. Maybe I'm not sleeping enough (possible)
but surely I am kicking my own a## in the gym more and while it feels great when in there
I need to give my body a way to recover better, because I am abusing it a lot.
Anyway, so far so good
PS: dosed Agmatine this morning prewo, vascularity was definitely improved,
and I think that grainy look could come from it, I dosed it last night too
with my last meal before bed.

Chest/triceps day again, freakin' hell I love a good wo!
Woke up without the clock at 7am, and I couldn't wait to get to
the iron, my mood is way up but I say is different from the E-bol/Lit-Up run (my previous stag/log
before this one, that's why I compare), Ebol gave me more of a "happy" mood, while this one (testopro i guess,
if I have to give credit) is more alpha-male feeling, I've been noticing this for a coupla day, today was pretty obvious
I have that swagger going on, which I never have lol
Anyways, today is also 1 week past my refeed and is time to refeed again,
Some things have to be reported:
first: pumps are insane.. way more than I usually get, probably is the Agmatine
strength is up already, more weight in general but is noticeable that I do heavier
supersets (a -among others - 198lbs supersets x 15 came very easy, and that was a the end of flat bench press
routine..). This is indeed one noticeable change.
recovery seems faster, and DOMS are crazy good, my legs still hurts from Thursday (Sunday today) and still
feel "full" and pumped, my back is was feeling very heavy and full of blood today (from two days ago wo)
and I mentioned this before, I seem to get much more muscle stimulation even with lighter sets which
I usually don't, especially on my back (I only feel stimulation with overload on my back, with the previous
stack my back got much stronger and bigger than it was)
Incredible how a stronger back make your CHEST stronger and fuller
I snapped a coupla pix, crappy as usual with my phone, 20 minutes after my wo
while waiting the Magnesium oil to dry off, so not right after the wo.
I also wanna say I snap pix not to show off, there ain't nothing to show off really
but because to me it makes no sense to say "oh I look better, bla bla bla.." if you
can't compare and actually *see* a difference.
Will upload later, for the wo, routine was like last week mostly,
I will go into details only about what was different today.
Please note:
Chest day (since is refeed day) is probably the hardest day,
complete annihilation and it follows a NO CARB day (yesterday)
to completely deplete before the refeed.

Update
Deadlift/Squats/Abs yesterday and Traps/UpperBack/Shoulders today.
On deadlift, I paired my last PR (a VERY good day.. I wasn't expecting to)
and not only, I did 3 full rep perfect form instead of 2, so somewhat beat it
Session was great, again is pretty noticeable my strength/endurance ratio is
definitely better because I'm doing supersets much heavier and I'm hitting
the weights faster.
When I say supersets I want to specify, I mean DC. I incorporate the rest-pause
protocol usually in my last two/heaviest sets and then drop few lbs and rep to failure,
well both went up and actually caught me somehow "off balance" like "hey I could've done
more weight!"
So next week I will.
Squats on this day are light-ish but "raw", all the way down, 4 sets straight with minimum
rest and even here I hit the sets faster and went up a bit with weights because lifting seemed
easy.
Traps/Shoulders is fun for me, like I said before I *love* to demolish my traps like no tomorrow
and today it wasn't any different, actually a new PR on BB shrugs, 3 reps @ 424lbs
and that was the last of my neverending series of sets for BB shrugs
Weights went up for ALL sets for the "traps squeeze" that I described earlier.
I got at the shoulders exercises pretty beat up tho', reason is because I *really* pushed
myself a lot on my last heaviest day, still have DOMS from Back Day (Friday), then chest and deads..
I mean over the top..
And while recovery during sets is good, recovery between days seems to need some help
because I'm really going hardcore here.
Anyways, great mood, great workouts, and please note the following: i'm constantly dieting
and most important I am atm completely off stims!
Dosing is still the same 2cps TP first thing, 2cps Stoked 4 hours later, 1cp Glyco before meals (x3)
