Ok guys first off, big thanks to borobulker and Usplabs for the chance to give this bad boy a go!
I am currently cutting, and have been for a while, just taking it nice and slow. My diet is made by my nutritionist and its pretty basic right now. 120gms of carbs a day outside of sundays where its only 60, 105 grms of fat and 340gms protein.
Training split is:
Cardio is done everyday after training for 30 minutes, sometimes ill split it up, 10 prior and 20 after.
Current supplements im taking are:

Ill be dosing compound-20 per the bottle, 2 am and 2 prior to my workout about an hour or two before.

BF: 9.5% per calipers
