Hey brothers, I am logging Advanced Muscle Science's Body Mortar Carb Free Lemonade flavor and Pump Fixx Orange. They make the best quality supplements i've ever tried, which is why I represent them here and locally. 100% real world results, no hype, no bullsht. I am an NPC middleweight bodybuilder, so my goals are always getting bigger and better. I'm in my off season and don't have a contest prep until march. My goal right now is to put on as much muscle as I possibly can before then. The awesome amino acid profile and ratio of Body Mortar is perfect for my goal, as well as the fact that it's carb free. Pump Fixx is my favorite pre-workout of all time. They use ingredients that WORK, period. They still use geranium in theirs as well, UNLIKE other companies who took it out of their products due to college athletes. They are hardcore and so am I, so i'm looking to show you guys some hardcore results.

My diet is 50g pro, 50g carbs, and 16g fat for 5-6 meals per day. Grass fed beef, free range chicken and eggs, shakes, and fish occasionally, are my protein sources. Fruit, veggies, sweet and russet potatoes, rice, and whole grains are my carb sources, and fat comes from olive oil, coconut oil, or natural peanut butter.

Training is heavy 6-8 reps and about 9-12 sets per body part. I drop set everything to keep intensity as high as possible. I'm going to try to get some vids up too, if I can get someone to do the recording at my gym. I do 15min cardio post-wo for heart health and to keep a little fat off. I WILL break the 200lb mark!!!!! PERIOD!!!! I need to weigh about 210-220 by march and I WILL do it!!! AMS products, my training, diet, and motivation will get me there. Tomorrow is leg day so STAY TUNED!!!

BB Squats - 355x8(+10lbs), 315x12 - stopped there because of a sharp back pain.

Leg Press - 16pl+10 x8(+10lbs), 14pl+20 x8(+20lbs), 12pl+20 x10(+20lbs), 10pl+20 x10, 8pl+20 x14 - I did 5 sets of leg presses since I was having the back issue with squats.

Leg Extension - 215x12(+10lbs), 195x10, 180x9(+5lbs), 160x10(+5lbs), 140x10

Seated Leg Curls - 145x13(+5lbs and 1 rep), 130x12(+10lbs), 120x10, 100x12, 90x15

Toe Presses - 12pl+40 x18(+20lbs), 10pl+40 x15(+20lbs), 8pl+40 x15(+20lbs and 1 rep), 6pl+40 x15(+20lbs)

Had a lot of energy and endurance was through the roof! My legs had a sick pump too!

PERIOD!!!!!!! I'm DONE with this 1-2lb gain every few months garbage! 200lbs here I come baby! Weight is up to 195, so that's up almost 2lbs from last week.

Great session and had a sick pump in my chest! Recovery is slowly getting better between sets as well.

Treadmill for 15min at 4.2 mph

Great workout, very intense. I was originally going to do 175 on the mil press, but I've been wanting to throw up 2 plates per side for a while now. So I did it and hit 8 reps. I was happy about that, so next time will be 185. My grip fails with rack deads and shrugs, so I bought a pair of versa gripps last night. That should help bring up the poundages a lot. I can't stand selling my back short, just because the bar starts to roll off my fingertips.

This is easily, the best and most intense workout i've had in a looooooooooooooooong time! I went nice and slow with the negatives as always, got great contractions and really felt each muscle work and squeeze. I felt very powerful like a damn gorilla amongst house cats or some sht lol.

I used to take 2g of it daily, but Vit C enhances the absorption of iron, and iron thickens the blood, so i stopped using vit c. Go figure, now i'm sick lol.

DB Side Lateral Raises - 45x12(+2 reps), 40x8, 35x9

Rack Deads - 405x9(+50lbs), 365x6(+50lbs), 335x8(+60lbs) - got my new versa gripps in the mail, and as you can see, they're awesome!!

Bent Over BB Rows - 275x6, 225x8, 185x14 - going lighter on these next time, not able to get a good squeeze and pulling with my arms too much.

T Bar Rows - 225x12, 225x6, 205x9 - new exercise, felt real strong, nice slow and controlled reps with explosive positives and a hard squeeze at the top.

DB Shrugs - 110x8, 100x10, 90x10

15min Treadmill at 4.2mph

AMAZING WORKOUT!!!!! VERY INTENSE!!! BEAST MODE BABY!!!!

Close Grip Smythe Bench - 180x8, 160x8, 140x6 (new exercise, never done this before. was doing dips for tris, but putting more than two 45's on my weight belt got to be a pain.)

Skull Crushers - 90x10(+5lbs and 4 reps), 80x8(+5lbs and 2 reps), 70x10(+5lbs and 3 reps), 60x10(+5lbs and 2 reps)

Straight Bar Reverse Cable Curls - 165x12(+5lbs and 1 rep), 150x10, 140x10, 135x10(+5lbs), 120x10

Standing DB Curls - 50x16, 45x12, 40x12 (actually went down in weight because sure I can curl the 65's twelve times, but it's more yanking than anything. I don't arch my back and form is good, but I just can't get a good contraction and squeeze in my biceps, So if I can FEEL the 50's way more and get a better pump and contraction, they should yield better growth IMO. My arms have been 17" for too long and i'm getting sick of it. So i'm hoping light weight and more quality contractions will make them grow.

DB Concentration Curls - 40x10, 35x8, 30x8 (new exercise)

Standing BB Curls - 95x10, 85x10, 75x10 (another new exercise) Most people do these first in their arm workouts, but I have a cyst on each wrist that hurts bad, so using heavy weight just bothers it more. I had no issues with the light weight here though, and I got a sick pump!

11/22 - legs

Squats - 225x30, 205x20, 185x15 - went way lighter than normal on these, because last time i did 365x8 and it felt bad on my spine. the more i think about it and more i read what others say, higher reps seem to be where it's at with legs. my spine really hurt and had a lot of unnatural pressure on it, so i think it's a good idea to go lighter with bb squats from now on.

Leg Press - 760x12(+10lbs), 680x10(+10lbs), 570x10

Leg Extensions - 235x12(+5lbs), 205x12(+5lbs), 195x10(+5lbs), 185x10(+5lbs), 175x12(+5lbs)

Seated Leg Curls - 160x12(+5lbs), 145x10(+5lbs), 125x11(+5lbs), 115x12, 105x12

Toe Presses - 610x15(+10lbs), 520x15(+10lbs), 430x15(+10lbs), 340x15(+10lbs), 270x15

My quads were crazy pumped and the lactic acid build up was insane after the high rep squats. This session got my legs sore for the first time in i can't even remember how long.

thanks man, the decline bb bench is a new PR, I was so stoked about that! my previous best was 225x10. I was stuck there for the longest time, so i went back to flat bb bench for a few months, now i'm back to decline and I slammed through that plateau. AMS BABY!!!
