USPLabs Compound 20 Beta Log Final Review
I spent the last month or so on Compound 20. What this supplement is described as is a " muscle hardening and leaning compound."
During this log I used agmatine for a short while, my supplements were kept pretty much out of this log so I could really gauge its true effects. During this log I took two capsules with breakfast and two capsules again either with my postworkout meal or a high carb meal later in the day.
Label claims were met with this product. I did feel like it helped me stay lean as well as feel a bit harder. I also felt pumped even before workouts and in the morning. My hunger was increased many times when I was on Compound 20. There was no effect on libido. I was under the impression with sourdough that this was some sort of GDA. Throughout my log you will see where I stated many times however that I felt like this product needed to be dosed higher than 4 pills a day. I am thinking 6-8+ a day. Which could possibly make this little item expensive.
So who cares right? The only reason your reading this is to see whether or not its worth the money and what kind of "grade" I give it. On a scale of effectiveness I would say this product earns a 6/10
. Granted that could be increased if the doseage was bumped up. I really feel like it could have been something great. As far as what I would pay for this product....I would have to say ~20.00 a bottle.
If you could get this product for cheap enough I think it would be a great addition to any natural stack. But like I said the doseage IMO, needs to be bumped up a bit.
Q&A Is this product hormonal?
- No, I believe USPLabs already posted ingredient panel. No PCT will be needed and this will no cause any HPTA suppresion. Is this ok to stack with other products?
-Yes it might have some very synergistic effects with other supplements such as AI's, Natty T boosters, and pump products. Will I become hypo on this product? Will I noticed any lethary or any ill effects?
- I noticed no ill effects, however, Sourdough noticed that he would feel hypo when taken at certain times. Can I take this before bed?
-Yes, I believe it can. If problems occurs stop. This should by no means disrupt sleep, it did not disrupt mine. How should I dose my C-20?
-As the bottle says, with breakfast and with a meal 1-2 hours pre workout. If increasing the doseage I would take 3 @ breakfast, 3 @ preworkout meal and maybe 2 with dinner if you wanted to pop 8 caps. Will C-20 give me nasty gas?

I took these basic photos since this was a leaning supplement. Figured you would be best able to see it in the abdomen area. I did eat a little dirtier at times on C-20. I think the C-20 helped keep me lean throughout those times and not bloated and such.
