Today was the first day dosing Anabeta. I took the capsules with breakfast, dinner, preworkout and postworkout. I think I may change the dosing to ONLY with meals. Can anyone tell me the benefits of dosing preworkout? Other than "zee pump", what benefits will I reap?
Workout was good. The Blue GENE made me feel aggressive and energetic after dosing, as it always does. I was also pretty hungry throughout the day. My goal is to bulk, so the combination of Anabeta + Blue Gene will make me a ravenous monster in the kitchen, as well as the gym (and the bedroom LOL)
Workout was good. Partner wasn't feeling well so we wrapped it up early, but first we managed to do a relatively moderate-high intensity workout. Since it was my first day dosing Blue Gene, Anabeta & Green BULGE, my pump was pretty intense during the workout, even though we just hit shoulders. My strength seemed to be on par with my partners, who usually outlifts me.
