Hey fellaz, I am starting a new log today as I am just now receiving myfrom Appnut and from PES. I have tried Anabeta in the past and I gained 5 lbs of lean bodyweight. I was suggested to try IGF-2 from some members on the forum so, I decided to give it a run as well.
I am sprinter and right now we are training in off-season. So right now, I am trying to gain strength and power.We are hitting the weight room pretty hard and also doing a lot of GPP work (long and short hills).
