Few things that I know of weight was around 195, now around 177. pants size 35 to a 32. I see the other results in my arms, chest and stomach areas but have not done measurements. my endurance is up alot as well, able to run a pretty quick mile. I have been smoke free for about a year now and my alchol intake is down to a few beers a month. I feel I have made dramatic food choice changes and overall health is, well feels good. I did have some blood pressure issues a while ago but I was also not being nice to my b ody. I havent had it checked in a while but I would say its probably better.

Diet has been whole milk and water fish, chicken and turkey, lots of sweet potato, whole wheat bread, green beans or broccoli and red skin potatos along with bananas and peanut butter and protein bar/shakes.![]()
