Welcome to my Athletix sponsored log . I am super excited the products have arrived and I cannot express how ready I am to get roaring. Thank you to JD and the Athletix team for choosing me to run this for them!!
For a bit about me right now and my journey ahead, I am really out of shape. Within the last year i've received my first Executive Sous Chef title and then just a few months ago received my first Executive Chef title and i've been spending 60+ hours per week in the kitchen. With all that time around delicious food that's bad for you mixed with lack of time to train and decent amount of exhaustion from lack of sleep....it leads to a poor outlook. My goals are simply to shed some weight, tighten up some areas, add more strength, and make myself more mobile for everyday life to play with my 3 children.
Today for the day before the log begins I was at the gym and did 4 sets of squats at 2 plates, 4 sets of bench at 1 plate, 4 sets of plate raises and rotations with a 10lb weight for 12 reps each direction, and I hit the heavy bag and speed bag for 3 rounds each of 3 minutes. Got the blood flowing nicely before heading in for an 11 hour shift at work.
So yeah.....I will layout my supplement timing, more in depth goals, and nutritional goals (even though I can't help having to taste my products before plating) all in the next few posts. Thank you for coming along to aid in my journey
