SNS Picamilon Mini Log / Review (Sponsored)

    Whats up everyone,

Running this mini log / review for SNS...another thanks to them for letting me run this product. This is another log/review for a product that does not take time to kick in like an aas, so the log will be much shorter. I'm basically just going to run it and see how it affects my performance at work, affects my social life, general feelings, and see if there is any sort of affect on my training. I will also rate the claims on a 1-10 scale in the final review.

    Current Stats:
    5'10"
    218 lbs

    Current Supps:
    Multi
    Fish Oil
    Protein

    Claims:
    - Mood Enhancement
    - Stress & Anxiety
    - Cognitive (Mental) Energy & Focus
    - Relaxation
    - Helping Offset Mood Disturbances Commonly Associated with Dieting

I'm going to start with 150mg today just to see assess its affects. I will update later on.

So I dosed 1 cap yesterday...not much of a difference but just wanted to feel it out.

I dosed two caps about an hour ago, definitely a noticeable difference from yesterday. Mood is much better than yesterday and energy is definitely up. How are others typically dosing picamilon 150?

I like 2 for a mellow energy boost. Hard to describe but calming is the word that comes to mind.
I have to deal with some serious snobs(wanna be art experts) quite often and this helps with my ability to not tell them what I think of them.
3 was okay but 2 work fine.

So far two caps is working well. Tomorrow is going to be a crazy work day so that will be a nice test. I'm not sure if it is just a coincidence but the past couple of nights since I started I have been having crazy dreams. Other than that...positive mood, slight energy boost, and a little more motivated. This is pretty awesome stuff.

Been crazy busy at work, picamilon definitely helps out a lot....especially in situations when my patience is tested hahaa. Definitely makes the work day a bit more enjoyable. I have been entertaining the idea of trying three caps, but not sure if that's a good idea. Any opinions?

So I ran three the other day...actually didn't notice much of a difference from two caps. I thought it was going to be a little overwhelming, but I was fine. About the same level of relaxed, concentration still there...overall good but I will probably just stick to two caps. I'm not going to push it with four caps haha. I'm going to right up a little review within the next few days...I'll make sure to post it over at NP and SNS.

curious, what time of day did you run 3 caps at once? haven't tried it myself...but ya, if it's near the same as 2 caps, why bother...?

I ran it on a day off at around 1pm or somewhere around there on an empty stomach. Two seems to do the trick so I'm sticking to it.

Thanks again to SNS for letting me run this product. I would definitely recommend it to others if you are looking for a mood/focus enhancement supplement. I would recommend starting at one cap just to feel it out, but I found two caps to be the best. I did try three, but did not notice much of a difference. Overall a great experience. I will continue to post up experiences until the bottle runs out if anything different really happens.

On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being great...I would rate the claims:

    - Mood Enhancement - 9
    - Stress & Anxiety - 8
    - Cognitive (Mental) Energy & Focus - 9
    - Relaxation - 10
    - Helping Offset Mood Disturbances Commonly Associated with Dieting - n/a don't really get mood swings from diet
